C3lticatLeaning into Anxiety in midlifeOh Megan, thank you so much for this episode with Mazi Robinson!! I’m in my mid 60s and have experienced so many changes, some by choice, others just part of the journey of aging. Anxiety has reared its ugly head increasingly more the past few years. To hear Mazi label it as a ‘feeling’ and something that we should recognize, evaluate and reason through was spot on! Midlife is not for sissies, and I’m finding the key is letting go of the preconceived notions of what I thought my life would look like, and instead, reevaluate and be open to new ideals, new experiences and new ways to process things. Thank you again for the conversation! Definitely one worth repeating!!

AKCherylReally grateful for Self Care SimplifiedMegan, thank you so much for this program, i dig through old episodes because i just started listening and i have a whole bunch in my cue. You have been an integral part of me getting healthy and strong at 54. And have also introduced me to a bunch of other great resources. I really can’t thank you enough 💛

Jesus'RadioGirl5 StarsA Godsend Megan and this podcast is! I’m close to 50, shocked how my body is changing and this was not only a sturdy but soft place to land in the overwhelm of it all. Both my husband and I have some aches and pains. Around Mothers Day he gifted me her 30-Day Hip and Back fix. He watched me get the start of relief through key targeted stretches just after starting day one of the video series and he jumped in to follow!! Now he asks me “when should we do our stretches?” because they work! Eat your pros as she refers to took a lot of pressure off me, simplifying how food can be viewed vs sometimes how it is made complicated with fad diets. I love this podcast because Megan is knowledgeable, kind, has an easy to listen to voice, doesn’t repeat- always keeps fresh content and points so it’s a valuable use of time. I come away encouraged and hopeful! With a lot of choices out there podcast wise, hands down I look forward to this one dropping new episodes and listening to her archives! Thank you, Megan!!

julie M OLife Changing Podcast3 years ago, I searched “Christian Health Podcast” and found Megan. 2 years ago I joined her coaching program. Since then, my eating habits have greatly improved. My 50+ year old self has less joint soreness and more strength, balance, and power than before I began listening. Her clear and doable instructions have literally changed my life for the better.

daiwYou won't be sorryMegan packs her podcast with sensible, NON-TRENDY, doable advice and movement. After listening to it for a while and getting to know her teaching style, I joined her JumpStart30 and JumpStart60 programs. They are life changing and I know my future self will be grateful that I invested a tiny amount of time and money learning from her. She gives away (for free) so much in her podcast, Instagram and Youtube channel, though, so do your body a solid and listen in!
-

Budget DragonDown to earth fitness and nutritionThank you Megan! I love this podcast. I feel like I’m devouring every morsel. I can’t believe I just found you. I’ve been on a diet or feeling like I should be on a diet my entire life. I’m a 46-year old mom of three and work full time, so it’s always easier to put my health and fitness on the back burner. I appreciate your daily, simple approach and encouragement. Your grace and faith-filled message is so refreshing and positive. I love how you keep me from spiraling on my perfectionism norm and encourage reaching for the next practical, healthy decision all the while bringing it back to being thankful for my health and the amazing God-given body I have -endomorph and all! It’s not about perfect or not making mistakes, but how we consistently show up - mistakes and training all moving forward. I so appreciate this podcast!

Jode_KuiExercise ScienceI’m 54, with a degree in Exercise Science who had a stroke at 37. I have always been fit and ate a healthy diet and worked out. My hemorrhagic stroke left me in a coma for 2-1/2 weeks. My aphasia (speaking), drop foot and right arm have no benefit whatsoever. But, I have gotten so much out of this podcast!!!!! It’s the best!!!!! P.S. I also have a horse so I’m guessing that’s what kept me in a positive mindset, being, my stroke!!!! Thanks Meghan!!!!!!!!!!!

CczockBest advice I’ve found for core work, lovely soothing voiceI recently found Megan after hearing her as a guest on another podcast and quickly followed her Self Care Simplified podcast and her IG, and YouTube! I’ve signed up and completed her amazing 5 day core challenge and WOW even after working out for the past 5 yrs her clear instructions, simple but effective guided movements brought my core muscles alive! The pace she teaches, her soothing voice (she should do voice overs or narrate a book 🥰) and the way she brings the mind to muscle connection awareness is the best I’ve found. Plus, her practical ways to implement the core awareness throughout my day has been so effective and practical! Loving the podcast topics as I binge them on my walks and while working! Receiving guidance from a fellow Believer is an added bonus! Thanks Megan, I’m a fan for life & am sharing your fabulous training with the people in my life!

ShellyDocI Walked Into Something Really Good 😊Having gotten to know Megan as a fellow podcaster, I was immediately connected to her passion for how she approaches fitness! I heard today’s episode right after id come back from my walk…and I was struck by the simplicity of her presentation of information that spoke to me. And I learned what I really needed was not just a walking regimen for cardio but a whole lot more. As soon as I felt overwhelmed at the task ahead of me, her reassuring voice encouraged that I was not alone. So I’ve taken the plunge into Jump Start 30 and am looking forward to the transformation process 🤗 Thanks for doing this episode, Megan!!
