The INFJ Whisperer

Philosophy #176

I started doing YouTube videos in August 2017 about being an INFJ, and how it took me 30-odd years of journaling, self-reflection, and self-actualization, to get to this level of understanding and love with myself. I'm an INFJ and I'm here to show you through my podcast that you are not alone, you are not crazy, you are not autistic, or a sociopath. You are just misunderstood, and the more you realize that there are others like you out there, the less alone and confused you are going to feel. You are here to fulfill a great purpose. The purpose of the INFJ is diverse, beautiful, and unicorn-like, just like you.

Let me help you, through this podcast, and my YouTube channel, to help you gain a better understanding of yourself, and to become the best version of yourself as much as possible. I'm Boom Shikha on YouTube, and there are hundreds of INFJ videos on there, that are waiting for your conscious understanding. Much love! See you on the other side, lovely INFJs.

    Love this podcast!
As a fellow INFJ myself. All of these podcasts are so gratifying to listen to and just kind of almost takes a weight off my shoulders because I feel like others understand these gifts&struggles our personality has. So thank you Boom for taking the time to share your insights, so much appreciated.

    Forgetting to Breathe
TLDR: I have listened to Boom for the past year and found a lot of worthwhile nuggets to ponder, validation, and specific ways to challenge myself as an INFJ. I'm pretty sure I have never felt more aligned with her words as I did with the episode on forgetting to breathe - and the way we live in our heads to the point of ignoring our physical needs. Just listening to the episode was reminding me to breathe ... it felt like a sort of meditation. I'm going to save this episode to listen to over and over again, because the struggle is real... and I need a 'friend' like Boom to talk me through these reminders until it becomes a new habit. This is a huge issue for me... so thanks, Boom for talking about it. So many topics you cover are on point with my experience, whether that is from being INFJ or from being highly sensitive. Either way... please continue your good work!

    By me some Time?
Excellent points on Time...it is the one thing that we, as humans, in this life, and on this planet can not afford to lose. Time is also the only, “commodity” equal to all...from the day we are born, to the day we pass on. So, if you’re having fun, or can’t wait to finish work; be attentive to it, be kind & take care of “it” because as the saying goes, “time flies!”

    Understanding INFJ's
As one who knows and cares about INFJ's, I have learned a lot with the help of Boom and greatly appreciate her depth of understanding and her natural ability to teach. She is unique and I find her very articulate and deep. It is so helpful for those of us who are not INFJ's to have insight into what makes them tick. In the process I have also learned a lot about myself.

I have learned so much about myself
I’m such a fan of Boom and her INFJ content. I’ve always felt things deeply and very different from most people I was around. Many times I’ve felt unheard and misunderstood. It’s Boom’s videos that have helped me get a strong grasp of why I do what I do, who I am and why. It’s through Boom’s videos that I found acceptance and, finally, myself ❤️ If you know, or are, an INFJ, this is the podcast for you!!! #INFJlife

INFP’s can benefit from listening Boom also
I’m an INFP but have derived a to of insight about myself from Boom. She’s deeply insightful, always releasing new podcast and videos that look at personality nuisances with a different view. She can be funny, insightful, and even piss you off all in the same discourse. I’m both intrigued and have deep respect for her contribution on the topic of MBTI clues.

    Amazing
Boom Shikha's podcast provides an incredible amount of information for INFJ's who are interested in learning more about the personality type. Her style is conversational, and she finds way to bring humor to serious topics. The real life situations she covers are very relatable and entertaining. I highly recommend her podcast.
