When I began my journey in short term rentals/hospitality management, over 2 years ago, I was clueless. As an interior designer I knew how to make the spaces look good but making the business work well was illusive. Throwing a wrench into the whole mix was the fact that there are, now, so many “gurus” that it was difficult for a Trinbagonian, like myself, to trust that what was being thrown out was the real deal and that it will work on my small island of Tobago, in Trinidad and Tobago. After binging on many free YouTube content, boot camp sessions and mastermind call sessions. I decided to bite the bullet. These ladies spoke my language, literally. From the “Each guest needs to feel that they’re the first guest to ever stay with us” speech, that I give to my housekeeping team, to the “How you doing anything, is how you do everything” belief. Their Mastermind program has been nothing less than insightful, transformative and filled with much needed resources. I’m relieved and excited to continue this journey with their guidance.
