It’s a must listen for all things STR and beyond!

Avery’s podcast, book, FB group, and other resources keep me updated on all things STR. I definitely would not have 2 successful STRs if it weren’t for Avery and her team with The Short Term Shop. I had a limiting belief that I had to live in the same area as my rental, and this is simply not true! Great Advice Only If You Hire Them

This show is helpful, but if you join their Facebook group, you’ll find they won’t let you ask questions unless you use one of their real estate agents or their mortgage shop. It feels disingenuous especially when they preach there are no stupid questions and seem to want to create a community helping short term rental hosts. No one talks about the paywall to even ask a question.

BORING AND NOT WELL RESEARCHED

Avery Carl is monotone and doesn’t listen to her guests. It’s like she is on mute and then tries to join in with comments but seems lost as to the subject matter. It’s awkward.
