I’ve been retired from the table for 4 years and have a staff of 20 with my spa and I still get great “Golden Nuggets” from this podcast. I’ve been a listener for years.

I used to love listening to SMME, When I first started listening I would hang on every word Daniella would preach. Over time it’s become very “saleys” , and a “corporate” feeling and I'm just not sure if it feels as authentic as it once was. I get it, get your coin, get the sponsors but it’s just not the same and my feeling towards them have also changed. Maybe I’m no longer your target audience.

Even as a small business owner, the tips given on this podcast are pure gems to growing my business.

I tried to love this podcast, but all it is is Daniella talking about herself..even when she has a guest on, she will interject constantly to…talk about herself. It’s all personal stories she’s told time and time again..but no real substance to the topic.

I love Daniella and her podcasts for many reasons but the #1 being is all the effort she puts into her work. It does not go unnoticed. She provides so many free resources for estheticians and the spa industry, in general. This podcast brings so much valuable information week after week. I am like clockwork when it comes to listening. I almost always make a point to listen EVERY Monday when a new episode is released….I’m that excited to hear what topics are going to be featured!! As a multi business, owner who has had a few different types of beauty salons, I can tell you that this podcast is a great resource for straightforward plans for growth. In the short time I can learn about a specific topic, or learn about resources for some thing I’ve been thinking about implementing or have heard recently. Daniela brings valuable material and guests to the table, and I find myself reinvigorated and motivated for the next thing in my business every time I listen. I’ve followed up on many of the companies that she has brought on and happy to say that my new website redesign is thanks to this podcast.
