Cindylu79Kezia is amazingKezia is amazing to work with, I highly recommend her to anyone that has anything going wrong with their health. She is brilliant very encouraging and empathetic! She taught me some lifetime skills to help me to prevent and also fix any symptoms that may reoccur ,she recommended supplements. She researches everything even if it doesn’t sound like it is part of the overall picture, it probably is. For my own health I hope I don’t have to work with her , but if anything happens again, and my toolbox isn’t fixing it ,I will definitely be on the phone hiring her again ! OXOX THANKS KEZIA

Critic 411Help you need from someone who gets itIts disappointing to see any negative reviews because I think that Kezia is extremely well-informed and has created a very actionable foundation for you to help yourself through your digestive issues. She has many programs in place to give personalized help and advice in addition to the free resource the podcast provides. She is a former sufferer of IBS herself and now a professional in the industry trying to get others to improve their gut health the way she was able to. This podcast has helped me so much I'm my journey and while not every episode is applicable to me, the ones that are have helped me change my life!

frankie97212Pretty great with a very small amount of terrible. She gives really great advice as far as attitudes towards foods and some good science around gut health. I’ve implemented a lot of her tracking and mindfulness advice. I also really like her honesty around being real about the trials as well as the joys of pregnancy and parenthood. Unfortunately she also talks about debunked conspiracy theories and pseudoscience such as dangers of vaccines (which is incredibly medically irresponsible) and electromagnetic fields. She also uses a lot of language that is exclusionary of trans people. So that’s really disappointing. I have friends I’d like to recommend her show to that I can’t because there are transphobic elements. An example is talking about mematuration and sperm as being specifically male and female, while there are men who menstruate and women who produce sperm. I listen to the episodes that find helpful, which is most of them, and skip the ones where she goes off the rails.

Slo proEntertainingGreat podcast if you are “new” to the holistic way of healing. I don’t agree with everything she says but love her personality and can tell she genuinely wants to help others.

Kale-eeSuper encouragingI just started listening to this podcast. It's super relatable and understanding of where most of us are at. I don't think it creates an unrealistic expectation for me to change my life style. I look forward to exploring all the old episodes and waiting for new ones.
