Love the old podcast with Stephan, good energy and nice format. I’ve been listing to all the old episodes. However, The new podcaster, James, needs to work on his bad speaking habits. Although he has interesting content, All I can hear when I listen to him is: “Ummm, yeah. Annd... yeah.” Ending almost every sentence with “so... yeah.” It’s similar to hearing a California valley girl who can’t stop saying “so, like”

The podcast has been very intermittent over the years. It’s entertaining when it’s on though. This “rerelease” of sorts stays with that theme, as it appears it was recorded a few weeks ago, judging by content they discussed. Definitely have a listen if you like any type of RC flying, would still recommend this to listeners. Mostly wrote the review for the Flitetest team to see, and hoping they take it in love and not as a harsh criticism.

Really love the show, but I usually listen on my commute to or from work while riding my motorcycle and EVERY episode, Josh's audio is way to low compared to the other hosts or guests. If I crank up my volume to hear him, I am blasted whenever anyone else speaks. Thanks for the show and hopefully he can get a new microphone or have some one boost his audio levels before posting the show?! Please?! Thanks guys!

Thanks for the podcast guys! I want to build more foamies, I want to get my FAA 107, I want to pilot a paramotor, I want to fly FPV, I want to make a business with Ag drones, I want to fly a real aircraft. Thanks to you guys, my life just got a lot more expensive. 😁

These guys are great, they take a ton of time out of their days and all for the listeners to have a bunch of good stories and feel part of the community. Great stories, fun listening and makes the hobby feel not so alone, great to listen to while fixing planes or driving to work!

Great wholesome entertainment focused around aviation (predominantly RC). They have a love for people and a passion for aviation. The podcast puts you behind the scene compared to Youtube. It makes you feel like your one of the guys...

What a great group. More than just a company. A team dedicated to helping anyone who is willing to try to get into the hobby. I listened to the pod cast inside a flight test classroom. I could not believe how much they are dedicated to educating young kids and helping them be successful through the use of the RC industry. Keep this going FT team!

I started listing a little late to the podcasts. There was proably a hundred or more when I started listing, having all those shows to listen to at work was great (took about 2-3 weeks but I listened to all of them). So with all that done and & all the Flite Test Youtube shows ( I think I have watched all of those) here is what I think. The thing for me that makes Flite Test great and the podcasts are the people involved, the subject matter but most importantly that it is clean. Way too much media content today makes me digusted for watching and wished I had turned it off sooner. So great job guys. Also I see wanting you requesting ideas or things we the listerners want for shows. I think you should look to the Afterhours crew. When I listen to a Podcast I want to fill some time with what I can't do - flying. So a bunch of guys just sitting around talking about flying(that They do) is great it's why I tune in. So thanks for the job so far guys and keep up the good work. FT Forums Beemans

Absolutely great podcast, this group of guys has motivated me to get into RC flight and keeps me coming back!

Whenever I need something to listen to this is great for learning more about rc planes and such.

When I first started RC I was lucky enough to find these guys. Their sense of humor, passion and honesty gets you hooked. You feel like you could drive to Ohio and and be met with big smiles and fly at the field. I started with the videos but later found the podcasts which add a ton of insight into the show. Thanks for everything you do. P.S. I miss David!

Guys, this podcast channel is a Godsend. I now have something to look forward to at work when I'm working alone in the dungeons. Your content is awesome. I've been a big fan of Flite Test for about 2 years and never got into the podcast until I started working full time as an office admin. I started listening to the first podcast and got hook on it ever since than. It gives me something to look forward to while waking up early in the morning while heading off to work. I get settle in at my desk space, record all the phone messages on paper, grab a bunch of papers to do data entry, read emails and finally start zoning out to you guys for 8.5 hours straight. haha I'm serously going to burn through these audio episodes like crazy and the worst part is, I can never get enough of you guys. You guys got me into the hobby even further and got me investing in some expensive equipment like FPV goggles and racing quadcopters, and I love every second I had with myself in the air. Hearing you guys at work make me feel less coped up in a small office and thinking more about being in the air and being free from work. It's what keep my mind forward on being positive and something to smile about when I hear a funny moment from David or something inspirational from Josh Bixler. As soon as I get off from work, I start charging up my lipos and racing around the field with my S250 racing quad through FPV and sometimes the Edge 540qq 280 for 3D flite from E-Flite. Josh, I really hope you get more involved with 3D. It's really funny when people look at it while it's standing perfectly still in the air like time froze. haha Just don't practice 3D with balsa wooden planes. I've been using the simulator a lot. I'm saving up for the Me-163 Komet from Durafly because I really want a rocket powered wing just because of how cool it'll look. haha Plus I thought it'll be a perfect beginner wing. ;) Anyways, I hope you guys continue on doing what you love, because it's what I love to watch and listen to whenever I'm not in the air. Right now, I'm aiming towards an technian radio license to use better equipment than the standard FCC-certified equipment for better reception and range. Plus I'm getting my neighbors into the hobby, so I thought it'll be fun bringing him into the hobby and getting us both into radio techniology to expand upon it. I got them a DX5e to borrow, some time on the simulator when we have time, and a buddy bord to practice... on the Nano QX for now because there is no way in heck we could brake it and make them feel intimidated when they crash in the soft grass. haha I'm just about done with my Associate Degree in Business and once I get my Bacholor's, I defiently want to start looking into a pilot school by becoming a private pilot. I would love to be a commerical pilot, but it's hard with someone with dwarfism because there isn't a "standard" for height accomindations. At least if I had a personal plane, I could "fix" it where I'm well adjusted... and scare the hell out of my friends by doing inverted. haha I feel so scatter minded right now because I'm so tired. I just felt like writing this before I get some sleep so I could hopefully return the favor to you guys at all the hard work you put through. If I open up a hobby shop in Virginia or where I decide to live, I'll send you guys an invite if any of you guys ever wanna go flying. I'll save up some money, so we can have war bird fights. And David, I wouldn't even care if you crash it. I'll probably laugh my butt off. haha Hope you all are well. -Joe R.

I have been watching flite test videos for about a year, and have recently started listening to the podcast. They are very informative while still being entertaining. Whether you are new to the hobby or have been flying for years, you will still learn soemthing new with every episode. They are incredibly engaging and will keep you feeling like your'e a part of the conversation. They got me into the hobby and I hope they bring you in too.

They are directly effecting the progress of the hobby in a positive direction. The FT podcasts are an extension to everything they provide. From the new-comer to the veterans, one would not be disappointed in the content and execution of the podcasts. These are enhancing FT's reach to the people, and also giving us a more personal and family like connection. Listen, laugh, learn, experience their ups and downs along with them; like I said one would not be dissapointed.

This podcast is simply amazing! I can’t wait for each weeks upload, because I love the podcast so much! The only downside to listening each week is the time between new episodes, because after finishing one, you have to wait one entire week! But the wait is always worth it.

The Flite Test Guy’s always have great information on the hobby. I enjoy the fact they’re always trying to push the envelope of R/C Aircraft and always willing to share what they’ve learned.

The Flite Test podcast is really the first non-tech related podcast that I’ve even been able to listen to. TWIT, MacBreak Weekly, The CultCast are all good but I’ve have never wanted to go back and listen to the backlog of episodes. The Flite Test podcast is AMAZING and I’m working my way forward from the beginning now.

These guys have a great outlook on life and people. They seem very humble and kind. Plus rc airplanes and multi rotors are awesome and they are a great resource for learning about them.

I can’t say enough good about this podcast. These guys are passionate about getting people flying, and it comes through in every show. The information in these podcasts is suitable for every level of flier, from those just thinking about getting started to those whose first plane happened 30 years ago.

Guys - just listened to episodes 1 and 2 on today’s commute and I want to fly a piece of foam. Looking forward to learning lots. Thanks for sharing and your investment in the community!

Great job on keeping the podcast going! I listen during my commute and it's fun to get great info and feel connected to the RC community while driving. I love the content, especially info on FPV and product reviews. I know it's a work in progress but would love to hear the audio even out a bit. When listening to "after hours" I can barely hear Mike and Wayne, then Chris blows my speakers ;) keep up the great work and God bless!
