Wow! These 2 episodes exactly what I needed to hear

Wow! In the best possible way! Just, wow! Thank you Jessica!

Here is where female wisdom meets common sense, science, spirituality, and intuition to find its flourishing. Jessica takes us back to the ancient basics, a path many women in our world are desperately searching for. Don’t listen unless you’re ready to be transformed! Some of the spiritual notes may need to be taken with a grain of salt, but the paradigm shift she invites her listeners to is no less needed and powerful. Unlike what others have commented, I don’t believe the spiritual truths she speaks of are baseless. If you are a Christian who believes the Bible is infallible, let that be your ultimate source of truth. However, Jessica’s wisdom does provide a missing link (not a link that is missing from the Bible, but a link that has been forgotten in our male-oriented culture) to find your purpose and worth in who God has made you to be as a woman while also honoring our men and who they were created to be. If you enjoy deep thinking (not just blindly following group-think or the latest influencer or even a podcast host), I think you’ll enjoy this podcast too!

And now I don’t. She’s gotten into some weird pseudo-Christianity new age religious stuff that is heretical and baseless. Wish she would stick to health and nutrition. She’s giving serious cult vibes now.

This podcast is life changing. I’ve cared about health for a long time but Jessica helps you go truly deep into nourishing your body, mind, and spirit.

I have been diving deep in the wellness and spirituality world for years but recently all the content felt stale and uninspiring. After finding Jessica’s podcast I feel like every episode is giving me access to HUGE breakthroughs and new inspiration. I’m recommending it to everyone I know!

I have been following Jessica for a bit and always enjoy her insights. Her way with words and passion for female physiology comes together perfectly in her episodes. I love learning from her. Thank you Jessica for all your work, research and love that you put into your work, it’s felt deeply.

I am so grateful for all of the soul filled conversations. I will have to listen to the last episode at least two more times until I fully absorb all of it. It's refreshing that Jessica does the work and thinks for herself. We all need this medicine right now!

This podcast is a godsend. Jessica Ash hits on so many of the topics and deep insights I feel myself and so many women are craving. It’s deep nourishment on a soul level and holds so many keys to the questions so many are asking. I recommend it to all my clients, friends, conscious females who are thirsty for going deeper, embodying more than what’s been presented to us as enough, and taking our power back from fertility to nutrition to soul journeying.

I hate to give a bad review but I have listened to several episodes and was really eager to listen since I have a background in health and wellness. I find Jessica Ash to be well meaning but ironically close minded and often misinformed. She does research on topics like women’s medical history and hormones but doesn’t have an actual mastery of the topic so it’s frustrating to listen to her conjectures on the various topics without having a deep level understanding. Every episode has at least one misinformed comment. I’m going to stop trying to force myself to enjoy this and just stop listening. When she said there is something wrong with people that want to put the fact that they’re Christian in their instagram bios - I found this to be such an overarching judgement on others. I get the “sinner saved by grace” comment but to lump anyone who mentions that they’re Christian in their bio as “part of the problem” is cringingly judgmental. Jessica also said that that “nineties translucent sickly” model look is due to a lack of sun and health. What I find sad is that millions of people of Northern European descent have translucent skin because of the level of melanin in their skin NOT because they’re sickly. At a certain point Jessica should stop mixing her opinion with science and history if what she’s wanting to do is educate people. There were factual errors and gross oversimplifications in the women’s medical history episodes as well.

The Fully Nourished podcast is like breathing fresh air for the first time after traveling in an airplane for hours on end. If you’ve been in the “wellness” space for any length of time, you know that it is filled with very black and white thinking. Through this podcast, Jessica has opened my eyes to an endless amount of color. Each episode has challenged me and expanded my mind. Although I may not always agree with her, she has ignited the energy inside me that I had suppressed for so long. She has done an excellent job with this podcast, and I look forward to Season 2! I recommend starting from the first episode and working your way through. Enjoy!

I’ve been following on IG for a few years and always benefit and love this content. it’s balanced and real and she speaks to the nuances of real life- refreshing. I always wanted to deep dive into her IG live and highlights where she goes deep but it was hard to finish while being in the app. so glad this podcast happened so I can fully embrace what she has to say and not get distracted being in IG or having my screen on and app open.

I can’t thank you enough for the information you share. When I started following you I was absolutely undernourished and over stressed and had no idea. I love how you tell it how it is and not only do you share research but you tie in spirituality as well. I look forward to your episodes every week. Different from all the rest. Approaches healing in a realistic way without chasing every health fad with the concept of “do more, supplement more”. I gain so much wisdom from Jessica’s content!

I really enjoy the content here and her passion is quite evident. She also seems to be well researched and forms unique perspectives that I appreciate. Jess’s speaking cadence is a bit too fast and that makes it difficult for me to listen to her. I find myself distracted in wanting her to take more breaths and slow down.

Jessica is a wealth of knowledge in women’s health. In an over-saturated “women’s health space”, Jessica is the real deal. She has such a passion for helping women know and understand their physiology. She is genuine and it is apparent that she has dedicated her life to supporting women in their health journey. I’ve learned so much from Jessica since I began following her in 2020. I love this podcast!

As a student of Jessica’s in her Fully Nourished course, it is lovely to hear her speak on these topics. Our feminine intuition is sacred and she gently guides you back home, to yourself. If I could give it more than 5 starts I would. Jessica is paving a new path in women’s health and nutrition and the pro metabolic world. This is my new favorite podcast. She speaks so much truth. Way to go Jessica!

I have really been enjoying this podcast. I’ve been following Jessica, Ash Wellness for a while. I appreciate her insightful thoughts and the ways she has opened my understanding of female physiology. In the current episode, she has discussed complement Terrian ism within the Christian church. And I think she kind of has it wrong. In my experience in my understanding complementarian theology leads meant to be the protector, the warriors and the masculine authority, which is what I think men are meant to be. I think it’s the twisted version that sees men as a sniveling child. I don’t actually think this is a theological issue much at all. But I just wanted to make note of that. In its truest sense it does not place women as a lesser vessel, but one in which men and women are different, and highlights their value in their different roles. Which is definitely what I see Jessica talking about here. But I just wanted to make a note of a discrepancy there. Many people have felt that the evangelical church has convoluted the complementaian view of things, and each person has their own interpretation. So that is probably true. But the overarching message is one where there are differences between men and women, and they each play a role that is valuable and necessary in the world.

I think this might be the best podcast. I don’t usually try to listen or watch things the day they come out but this is gold and I already have been so excited to listen on Thursdays. Thank you so much for your heart and willingness to share this refreshing, much needed information with us💕

I’ve been following JAW for quite some time and find her content to be clear, well-researched, down-to-earth and helpful for those wanting to step away from the “hustle” culture and step into a more nourished and aligned existence. I’ve listened to episodes 1 and 2 thus far and the caliber of content is awesome! My only piece of feedback is to slow down the cadence of speech. The fast-paced cadence creates an unnecessary sense of urgency or excitement (which can be great at illustrating passion for the topic, sure!), and I find myself having to hit pause frequently to relax and digest the information (pun intended).

Jessica is the absolute best! I already loved the Fully Nourished program (and highly recommend), and now this podcast is like the cherry on top. I love her thoughts, research, and all of her information resonates with me so deeply. Only give this podcast a listen if you are ready to change your life, health and heal your soul.

I’ve been following Jessica Ash for years on Instagram. Her page is what opened my eyes to not being terrified of sugar, and not feeling guilty for eating real foods. I’ve learned soo much, but it can be hard to digest all the info from Instagram posts. I’m soo excited to listen to this podcast and then be able to come back and re-listen to really absorb it all! I actually used to search Jessica ash on podcasts and would listen to one’s she was a guest on. Super happy to support the show and continue learning!

I have learned so much over years from Jessica’s Instagram and highlights she shares there. Because of her I have become more confident in my womanhood, living less fearful of food (an ongoing process), and learning to not live in the chains of fear and shame!! She truly is an incredible mentor for all women, and I cannot wait to keep learning on this new platform from her and she’s the shackles are holding me down in food fear and cultural shame of what a woman “should look or be like.” Adios to hustle culture!
