Riley NinaCozy & InspirationalAs someone who just turned 27, I loooove learning about life with Mary. Her episodes and other social media content is cozy, inspirational, and gets me excited to face my challenges. I’ve been needing to do a mole check and other health checkups, thank you for the reminder!!!
-
kayleelemonsmy weekly luxurylove prologues and love Mary! The only podcast I tune in to every single week without fail. So happy it’s back with season 2, my Monday’s just weren’t the same during the break

Rae583Girlhood at its best 🫶🏻I explored a few female led podcasts to get some more girlhood in my life and to overcome my screen addiction. This has been my favorite so far! Even when Mary isn’t talking about things that I’ve experienced, she is still so relatable and it’s enlightening to hear her perspective. This podcast is great mix of chitchat, femininity, and serious introspection and life topics. I wasn’t sure I would love the interview episodes, but I love the first interview episode of season 2 and can’t wait to check out Sierra’s content now too!

kendalmw7Favorite podcastPrologues is my favorite podcast and I’m always excited to listen to each episode. The rebranding seems to fit exactly how Mary has been speaking on it & I’m excited to see how the rest of the season goes!

caitlinmackieGrowing up together 🌱This podcast reminds me that we’re all growing up together and she really captures the joy and grief of that reality. Her content models a commitment to understanding herself and the world around her - encourages me to do the same 10/10
-
Kate RansomGreat PodcastI love listening to Prologues! I’m around the same age as Mary so it’s comforting to listen to someone that I can relate to on some topics and learn from others. Mary has definitely helped me out with my mental health and being able to identify some things. I also love the girlie talks. Keep it up ❤️

madi bares🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼This podcast feels like you're sitting by a fireplace with a musky-vanilla scented candle lit, and a spice-filled tea in hand, catching up with an old friend. I found Mary when I decided to move from the US to a country in Europe and she was going through a similar process - I wish I found her sooner. Although we've never met, I look forward to catching up each week🫶🏼

E2385$@1A light in the dark!I truly wish I found this podcast sooner. I’ve struggled with depression for most of my adult life and I’ve always felt alone and isolated from “normal” people. Mary’s podcast helps me feel not so alone in my struggles and inspires me to find helpful routines and coping mechanisms!! Thank you Mary ❤️❤️❤️
-
Fkathie1Refreshing & self-bettering podcast! This is my favorite comfort podcast. I feel like I’m bettering myself by listening to it and I really appreciate and admire Mary‘s vulnerability in all aspects of her life and surrounding all of her struggles and challenges specifically with mental health, it’s very refreshing.
-
hannahkloNew Follower!I just got introduced to Prologues

casshgarciaMy favorite podcastI look forward to each and every episode. As someone who struggles with mental health myself it is so lovely to see someone who also has struggled with mental health be successful, thoughtful, and so real. Mary's such an unmatched content creator!
-

-
tec23cetThe best!!Love all of Mary’s content! So much of what she shares resonates deeply with me and this podcast is the perfect mix of mental health realness and life advice, fun girl talk and chit chat, and thought provoking discussion. Can’t wait to see where this pod goes in the future and I know I’ll be listening!
-
Rachel_23EarthFavorite podcast everI love listening to Mary’s podcast, it’s so incredibly raw, vulnerable, relatable, funny, gives you all the feels!! Mary is so inspiring and I couldn’t recommend Prologues more :)

amzmzaamzmzaMakes us all betterMary makes us all want to be better while reminding us that we’re still human. This podcast feels like a good hug and a shot of espresso - it’s the best!
-
Narges18All things Mary!I have been a fan of Mary for a couple of years now and she is one of my favorite people to listen to whether it’s her Prologues podcast or vlogs on YouTube. She is such a multidimensional human being with so many layers that most people can find something to relate to. Her conversations around mental health, medication, and religion are all nuanced and she continuously displays grace and spreads joy to anyone listening. Thank you Mary for sharing your life (the highs and the lows and everything in between) with us! It’s a gift to all of us 🤗

Farkins10/10 recommendI’ve never had a podcast genuinely make me cry—in a good way (ep. 8). I connect with so many of the topics Mary discusses and even the ones I don’t connect to, I have an appreciation for because she makes the content accessible and engaging. Especially in the season of life I’m in right now, this podcast came at the right time (i.e. living abroad, UK husband, mental health girly, new pup, guilty daughter feelings, + so many more). Thank you for being vulnerable.
-
JDBLOVEHer content is homeI have been following Mary since late 2020/early 2021. Her content feels like home to me at this point! The topics she discusses & gives her own insight on is refreshing. We’re the same age, yet it feels like she is the big sister/mother I never got to have as an adult. Thank you, Mary.
-
another20yroldBest part of my Mondays!Recently I have been trying to get into podcasts and find advice from those who are also in their twenties figuring out life! I have followed her on TikTok and Instagram and it led me to the podcast! One of the reasons I love these podcasts is it always seems to be exactly what I need or have been thinking about. As someone who struggles with constantly overthinking and an ADHD style of thinking, these feel like talking with a friend, but also a mentor. Although we’re the same age it’s nice hearing life advice from someone who is going through or has been through similar life changes! Because of these podcasts Mary has helped me in my relationship, my independence and confidence. I’ve taken up journaling and overall have a better process with my overthinking. I love it and look forward to a new one every Monday :)

SarahMarie93NahhhMary seems to be incredibly in-authentic and boring. She speaks on topics she has no credibility to speak on. Her opinions are always contradictory. She also likes to talk about how bad social media is for you, but refuses to acknowledge that she is part of the problem as a social media influencer. She also refuses to call herself an influencer, when she is in no way creative enough to be called a content creator. There are far better podcasts out there. This is bottom of the barrel.
-
ABELOS213One of my favoritesI’ve followed Mary since 2020 and was really looking forward to her podcast. It has not disappointed! She is so insightful and I love hearing her life story.
-
The Real Lady GodivaSomething to look forward to every weekI genuinely am so excited to listen to this podcast every week. As someone who isn’t a huge podcast person this Mary really just feels like you’re talking to your best friend. Talking about such deep things in such real way makes me love Mary and prologues even more. I always will listen while getting things done and chores never go by faster. I cannot thank Mary enough for sharing so much and being so inspirational, I do have time.
-
ashhhndaFeels like talking with a girlfriendThis podcast is exactly what I’ve been missing. Mary has such incredible insight into what it’s like being a woman in your mid to late 20s; especially one that struggles with mental health like myself.
-
morgantreesThis Podcast Has Everything!Longtime follower of Mary here. I love that this podcast has a bit of everything - life updates, advice (Hey Mary 👋🏼), girl talk, beauty & wellness, balanced with heavier topics like mental & physical health, & navigating relationships & life changes. And of course I love the woo woo spiritual stuff like angel numbers & manifesting! This is the only podcast I listen to every week & I’ll keep listening as long as Mary keeps making them!
-
MaryH2099Obsessed with this podcastThis podcast and Mary as a person makes me feel so seen as a individual. She thinks all the thoughts that are in my brain in a way I have never been able to articulate out loud before. Great podcast!
-
NerdinredheelsMy Favorite PodcastEvery.single.episode of Prologues makes me feel so seen and validated. I’ve struggled with mental health for over 15 years and I’ve never heard a creator talk as candidly about mental health as Mary. She is truly one of my favorite people and every episode is such a joy!! I’ll be a lifelong listener of Prologues
-

anna giberson10000/10Mary hasn’t posted an episode that I haven’t loved. From girly chats, to the tea on fillers, to Scotland, to manifestation. The podcast feels like a comfy, cozy conversation with your bestie. Truly something I look forward to each week!

Alyssa RaelynnAmazing, perfect, wonderful!!!Mary, listening to Prologues has changed my life for the better. I have been looking at my own life in a different positive light. I am realizing that anything I want is achievable and we are all going through a lot of similar experiences. Taking the time to take care of myself has been the best thing I can do. Thank you! Anyone who needs some clarity and helpfulness please listen to Prologues!!
-
Bubble223Not being shy!I relate so much to wishing you were shy and quiet and non confrontational, I’ve never been quiet or shy and have wished that for so long so thank you for being so honest and sharing that, it makes me feel comfortable in my own skin
-
hilary2018Episode 2I want to say thank you for sharing your mental health diagnosis and the backstory and progress with us. As a just diagnosed with OCD 31 year old, who’s had undiagnosed OCD my whole life, so much of what you shared I immediately wrote down and the way you are reframing your thinking is so inspiring! Thank you for being you
-
erinemadisonMary, my online bestie.I first discovered Mary on TikTok and immediately fell in love with her content and followed her on other social media platforms. She is authentic, genuine, and open. When I saw she was starting a podcast, I KNEW I would be into it. Her episodes don’t feel like your typical podcast, it really feels like a FaceTime call with your bestie. Keep it up, Mary! 💛

BeveragegirlyMary is the friend I wish I had.I have been following Mary for a couple of years on Tik Tok and I finally got a chance to listen to Prologues and I’m obsessed. I’m usually listening while I clean my space or organize a closet or work on a project and it puts me in the best mood. I feel like so many things she says are the same thoughts I have but she describes them in such a beautiful way. For the beverage girlies who want to romanticize your life and want all things cozy and comfy.
-
Riss11089I love MaryListening to Mary’s podcast leaves me feeling seen, heard, and encouraged to become the most full version of myself. I look forward to listening to her podcasts, and think everyone could benefit from a lot of her episodes <3 Mary feels like a big sister or best friend giving raw advice and life experience that not everyone is willing to be so open and honest about.
-
faithwinklerSo comforting!Mary feels like a big sister to me. I genuinely look forward to every Monday, knowing I get to listen to this on my way to class. I recommend this pod to absolutely everyone.
-
Who's with meMary feels like a best friendI’ve followed Mary for years on social media and I was so excited when she introduced prologues. I don’t know what’s taken me so long to write a review for this pod, but it’s one of my favorites. Mary feels real and genuine. I love the pacing and the dialogue feel of Prologues and it’s my favorite part of Mondays. Follow Mary everywhere and listen to Prologues, that’s all!
-

HjxusnzuxnsjMUSICLOVERBig sis chatsLove the space and comfortability that Mary creates with her audience. I’ve been following her for years, and now I’m a weekly listener, and I love how cozy these chats feel. They always set the mood for my week and give me something to think about. Very well thought out.

Jo GaliciaMary is my BIG SIS🤍🤍🤍Being the oldest girl in the family, figuring out life as you go through new phases/chapters is maddening alone 😭. Mary is genuinely such a beautiful person & Inspo & highly recommend her podcasts for some comfort & life advises 🤍
-
SAL21079LOVE Mary’s PodcastI am not a podcast girl and this is one of the two I actively listen to. Let me say … Mary has found her calling! Listening to her is like having a sit down with the older sister I never had. I love her take on mental health, she’s super relatable to those of us girls that are bipolar and have OCD. I love her content on all other platforms and enjoy having a less stimulating outlet than socials. I look forward to seeing all the places this podcast will go, Congrats Mary.
-
beavantReally healing and comfortingI’m not a podcast girly but this is one of the only ones I enjoy. As someone going through similar life changes, it’s really helpful to hear Mary’s thoughts. I also have bipolar disorder and have been on a healing journey and can relate a lot to her mental health journey. Spirituality has helped me massively during this time. Maybe this is selfish, but when I listen to Mary’s podcast, I feel like it’s validating my growth and my journey too because they’re so aligned. And sometimes it’s really nice to know that I’m growing and healing along with someone else.
-
BethanyK02Mary is a great human!I found Mary through TikTok. She quickly became a comfort creator for me. I’m five years older than her and we are nowhere near having lot in common, but mental health and religious trauma I really resonate with. I’ve been using Prologues as a personal development hour durning my work week. I really love how raw and open she is.
-
Gisellebarajas7HomeMary’s podcast feels like home. I found Mary through tik tok and being one of my comfort creators. Mary’s life is no where near how mine is, however this podcast has shown me how regardless of the lives we live, we all are going through the same things. As a girl in her early 20s this feels like I’m talking to my best friend. I don’t listen to many podcast but I’m always looking forward to this one! Thank you💜
