So this cast was fantastic back when I was a normie, and still fantastic now that I’m a power normie. Only two casts needed to stay fully up to date: AI4H and Last Week in AI. I was very intrigued by the earlier episodes but now it seems as if the hosts just want a new toy to play with Isn’t A.I. suppose to be “revolutionary” it sounds like a new fad to make humans more lazy

Funny, and it’ll keep you updated with AI news. Great for any level of familiarity with AI. I’m obsessed with AI, and I don’t miss an episode.

Kevin and Gavin do an amazing job of keeping up with the exponential growth of AI and all the news and new features that come with it.

I really like this show, either on YouTube or as an audio podcast. I appreciate their thorough testing of AI models and reporting the good, the bad and the ugly of new beta features behind closed doors. I would love to see more focus on AI use cases, rather than just generative art/audio/video, and maybe more time on novel uses for AI for productivity and efficiency. But for the love of god stop the long AI voice segments. French Brad Pitt was *brutal*. It adds nothing to the show, it’s an immediate fast forward or straight up episode skip, and it’s such a waste. How that doesn’t end up on the cutting room floor is beyond me. That aside, I thoroughly enjoy the rest of it and appreciate the thoroughness and research of each topic they explore.

I like this podcast and listen to it regularly. However, there is a recurring segment where they have an AI generated voice that has long very annoying conversations with the hosts (think “AI French Brad Pitt). If they would stop producing this terrible recurring segment, I would definitely give it five stars. Until then, not so much.

I just subscribed and enjoyed my first listen. Fun, funny, and useful—that’s my jam. I’ll keep listening!

Gavin and Kevin make me feel like an insider. Jokey and serious, but really jokey but really serious, they are experts that sound like your ex college roommates. Ok one request on the show would be to give me more “AI seewhatchadidthere” involving emerging efficiencies. Seems like it’s all about emerging media, and I’d love to hear more stories about someone or some place who is on the cutting edge of using AI to upgrade customer service, or internal search, or booking travel reservations, or writing reports, doing all the other drudgery I do every day and don’t want to do anymore. I had to update a donated iPod I received from my sister, and while I was sitting here on iTunes wondering what to do, I remembered that Gavin and Kevin keep telling me to write a review on AI For Humans. Well, I like the show, so here I am. I found them while scrolling through TikTok, thinking, "Hey, that's that guy from Attack of the Show! What happened to his face?" But then I learned about Pinokio and couldn't not get more info! It got to the point where I was listening in reverse order because new episodes weren't coming out fast enough. From the monster milk to just trying out new tools, to the news, to "HEY AI, SEE WHAT YOU DID THERE," it's just a fun show. Listening backwards and finding the old theme for HEY AI—oh man, it was bad. But the podcast itself is a perfect blend of informative content and humor. Gavin and Kevin's chemistry is infectious, and they break down complex AI topics into fun, digestible segments. Each episode covers a lot of AI news, tools, and issues, providing insights into how this technology is shaping our world. If you're looking for an engaging and entertaining way to stay up-to-date on AI, this podcast is for you.

I'll start this review with what made me decide to write it. It is that for the second time I have been brought to tears laughing so hard. This time over Gash and McDonald's. The first time was with Merle and monster milk. Your podcast is one among many I watch and as new ones come along I watch the most useful to me. Yours is on my list and will probably be there until the end. Your podcast makes ai accessible and entertaining for everyone. You have a perfect blend of informative content and humor. I have to say your (Kevin and Gavin or Gavin and Kevin) chemistry is infectious, and the way you break down complex AI topics into digestible, fun segments is great. Each episode covers a lot of AI news, tools, and issues, providing us with insights into how this technology is shaping our world. I saw the first one(episode) a while back and they are so good I have been slowly watching past episodes - fast forwarding through repetitive or outdated sections. I think what sets AI for Humans apart is your creative approach to explaining AI concepts. Your "hallucinating" AI guests, which I started with, add a unique and enjoyable element to the learning experience (and maybe a reflection of my ‘low’ humor(and possibly yours)). Your ‘expertise’ and passion for the subject matter shine through, making even the most technical topics approachable and interesting. Thanks for ‘wasting’ your time on this.

very consistent relatable content making sense of all AI news. Fun little hacks tips tricks and fun playful AI generated Q&A and banter. All the little segment intros certainly remind me of a little show back in the day these two were a part of that was and still is one of my favorites. I appreciate all the tinkering and playing around with AI tools that Gavin and Kevin put together as well, keep it up fellas.

You can always count on Kevin and Gavin giving you great up to date Ai info while at the same time delivering content that 18 yr old me would have killed to be able to make. It’s more useful than a screen door on a submarine. I love that they read this review during recording to bait me into leaving a review, which I most certainly did not do. Seriously it’s good. You can tell they put in a lot of effort, unlike this review.

A very well-informed and consistent podcast that keeps you updated on the latest in AI from a creative angle. The hosts are super knowledgeable and have great chemistry. I haven’t watched yet on YouTube, but you’ll know I’m a superfan when I start getting my episodes there. A couple of minor tweaks could make it even better: some of the songs need a refresh, and the AI cohost gimmick doesn't add much. Overall, it's a great listen with good vibes and useful insights. Highly recommend it!

This is maybe the best AI podcast I’ve heard in terms of information and explanation of the technology. It is for sure the funniest podcast. I love that they incorporate humor using the AI guests. Even as an AI Engineer, AI super-user, and now AI artist, things still slip through the cracks on my end and I listen to this show to get a well rounded perspective on things. It really reminds me of the old days of Attack of the Show with all the different segments and the same humorous charm of that cultural icon of nerd/tech edutainment. Happy to see Kevin and Gavin leading the way into this new world of AI and Art!

Not sure how Kevin and Gavin found one another but they are a brilliant pairing. They cover the most exciting Ai news and bring their own (often funny) perspectives. There is a great sense of an improv “yes and” attitude here. They are funny, and light, and will leave you happy.

This podcast is truly unique to other AI podcasts, and I listen to a LOT. Name it, I've listened to them. I basically eat/drink/breathe tech news. I think what sets AI for Humans apart from the rest is their genuine ability to connect with their audience and provide entertainment. While yes you may not get the nitty gritty tech details of everything, you instead get what feels like a hangout with your goofy friends (who just happen to be very knowledgeable about AI news). Overall, I love their episodes and look forward to them every week. The bits, sarcasm, and childish humor are what set this podcast apart. In a world where it feels like everything around you can change in a moments notice and leave you behind, its nice to be a part of a community that you can rely on for genuine laughter, humor, and joy. Keep up the great work <3

Great show boys! I’m hooked. It’s good to see Kevin onscreen again. I was a big AOTS fan back in the before time. Gavin is quite good as well.

But you really got me with the discussion over AI and game worlds. 1/ the fact that the netflix showrunners altered everything about envoys is a travesty. envoys are like seal team 9000 with doctorates in psychology. not jungle freedom fighters (no offense) if they had simply followed the books season two would have been Broken Angels….still one of my favorite sf novels 2/ my headcanon for a possible future —where anyone can build a high fidelity virtual world, seed a narrative and have a Game Master Oracle AI iterating on the emergent narratives and guiding ai npcs who will “feel” like hardcore perma-roleplayers—is this will become the culture and a viable market in a soon to be post scarcity world. there will be endless harry potter or star trek knock off worlds….but building, discovering, exploring and “collecting” truly novel virtual world experiences could be the way we avoid the ennui of the Post Scarcity Blues the show is amazing, i like the vibe of the hosts. feels like you are chilling with friends each week 10/10 would recommend, 11/10 with rice

I follow 5-6 different AI YouTube channels and a few podcasts on AI, and this is by far the most entertaining. They also do a great job of hitting upon the recent announcements and demystifying why the matter.

As a huge fan of attack the show and g4, as soon as I figured out Kevin was on a podcast, I ran to my computer and over the course of about a month I listened to every single episode. Kevin and Gavin make AI digestible and easy to understand while goofing around in the best possible ways, really proving that even an idiot like me can use this stuff. Kevin will always be a wonderful host with charisma and insight into the tech world, and Gavin is there too 😂 All jokes aside I sincerely love the podcast, keep them coming guys, I love getting my AI news from you two!

The more popular the show gets, it seems you get less weird and that’s no good. Let the new listeners walk in blindly to a space cowboy all hopped up on the monster milk. Hey guys! I have been enjoying your pod for a couple of months—you are both so funny and clearly are having fun. I love that energy. I started to listen to your podcast when I realized that there was simply too much news to keep track of in AI. I am conducting research on AI for a conference for science and cultural museums I am headed to in a couple of months. I am on a panel on career development through AI and being a curator of art, my use of AI is still limited to writing, summaries, etc, so hearing about and from the artists you guys are talking to have been really helpful. I would like ask you both how you think AI would impact the museum space? What uses of AI do you see in that space? Besides what’s already been done.

I’m an educator and have recently been in-servicing teachers on implementing AI into their day to day school activities. Your show has been influential in me pushing forward with AI. I think it can be a great tool for educators and students alike as long as it used in the right manner. Actually used PI.AI after listening to an episode. Was able to create a story for students in an ESL class about them becoming leprechauns and pranking their teachers. I included follow up questions and was able to have it read aloud in multiple languages. I continue to encourage teacher to take their questions on any given curriculum and include their students’ names and interests in the questions using AI. Seems to make students more engaged in their learning. Thx

Well, I'll start my review of this podcast by simply saying I am embarrassed. I actually posted a review to the previous podcast about trying to borrow your names. I am embarrassed by my error. I want to start my new reviews and share them with proper podcasts, even though this podcast does not deserve five stars. I give out five stars to podcasts that are good on Apple. A podcast like AI for humans is phenomenal and deserves a special category. Perhaps six dollars. I enjoy the layout of the show; the AI cohost every single week makes me laugh. I also enjoy the banter and conversation about the weekly news articles. In many cases, I find myself replicating some of the things the host does with AI. I find it incredibly fun to re-create some of what they did. Finally, the interview section is a great ending to the show. The show has so many interesting segments beyond those and the newer addition of AI. See what you did there. In conclusion, I want to reiterate that I can only give you five stars, but you truly deserve many more. I also want to take this opportunity to express my deep respect and admiration for the hosts, Gavin and Kevin. Their unique perspectives on AI, especially Gavin's, add a lot of value to the show.
