Becca and Adam (and Mike!!) are amazing!!!!! I have listened to every episode multiple times and learn something new each time I do. They are so informative and make learning about corporate scandals so easy and fun and enjoyable. I couldn't recommend a podcast more, one of my absolute favorites. i followed the tiktok for a long time and always loved when a video would come across my fyp. finally decided to take the plunge and listen to the actual pod and was not disappointed. i’ve always loved scandal/fraud focused books like “Number Go Up,” but never found a show that talks in depth about these kind of topics specifically until now. I’ve gotten so many great book recommendations from this and love the content! also thanks for the solid production at the top every time! keep it comin’…

They don’t know know to lead a story. Too much talk and you me ever know when the story is really happening. Couldn’t listen for 20 minutes. Always thinking when it was going to the point but is forever little talk

This is my favorite podcast. Becca and Adam are smart, witty, and have great hosting chemistry, balance, and rhythm. I can finally talk with my CPA wife about corporate fraud because Adam and Becca break it down in such an accessible way. Producer Mike talks wayyyyyyy too much, and it doesn’t seem to add any value or humor. He disrupts the flow and balance of the two dynamic hosts. Otherwise, great great great podcast!

I like it I want to love but for Pete sake enough with the bravo references A.its not funny B. Most people don’t get and C. It’s unnatural she goes out for her way to interject it even if it doesn’t work. Even the reality tv obsessives don’t bring it up that much no one does

Came for the millennial screeching, but stayed for the Platsky’s preaching. If Bloomberg Businessweek and Bravo had a love child, this podcast would be it! Every episode is so well researched, very informative, funny and full of shocking scandal. If you’ve always wanted to take a peek behind-the-scenes of some of the worlds biggest corporations, the Corporate Gossip podcast is a great way to do just that.

Business journals are so dry, this is such a fun way to learn about the corporations around us and places where we’ve interviewed. One of my favorite podcast recs!

Love this podcast! I listen to the show as soon as the new episodes come out. The hosts do an amazing job at laying out a well research story but also keeping it extremely entertaining to listen to. Plus the seasons keep getting better and better!

Gave this a try after hearing about it on plant money. OMG So good! I binged the first 3 seasons and so happy 4 is out. I recently Moved to California so the PG&E episodes were gold. I appreciate the research to learn about these generally terrible companies (with good mixed in) but still with some humor and great analogies. The whole team is great (dad included). Wish we were all actually friends in real life because it’d be so fun to hang with everyone, haha.

Research and insight are unmatched and entertaining! Becca’s unhinged rants about the crazy CEOs are hilarious and accurate. Want to learn, get angry and find out which CEO is most like Bethany Frankel, this is the pod for you.

Last summer I binged all the episodes. Now I’m closely waiting for each episode to release. What a great show to dive into corporate shenanigans that are too unbelievable you can’t help but laugh.

Came here on an NPR recommendation but this is a ridiculous podcast - just a lot of Millenial screeching. Listen to Acquired to get thoughtful, in-depth insights on the major corporate events of the day (and yesterday).

This show is funny but also super informative. So kinda perfect.

Each season gets better and better. I really enjoyed this podcast since the first episode of the first season, but each year the stories seem to get wilder and wilder. I highly recommend subscribing to this podcast

Updating my review for the new Season 4 launch - this show continues to grow and evolve, but the deep research, wonderful humor and amazing banter between Becca, Adam & Mike make this so much fun - and every episode is educational!

… for the next season. I love biz gossip. And this team nails it. All the dirt on the people we love to hate. It’s awesome. With Boeing in the news so much I think back to that episode when I thought “it’s obvious more planes will have issues.” You guys called it. I am wondering if you will bother with my favorite story of corporate greed, Uber. I also called that those A-holes would raise their prices once the cabs went out of biz. But the cab guys were kind of jerks too. Anyway, keep it up and can’t wait for 2024 season 👏.

So so happy to find this show! I’ve exhausted true crime and this pod is so entertaining. As a person in finance, it’s fascinatingly terrible. Wickedly smart and hilarious. In envy of their mastery of vocabulary. Pass the popcorn.

Love this pod as it breaks down corporate gossip in laymen’s terms. Making it approachable to understand for anyone with or without a corporate background. Their reporting style is journalistic with some humor and flare making every episode an engaging listen.

I love CG for many reasons, chiefly that Becca and Adam are hilarious and I’ve worked for big corporations for my whole career, but also because I used to work with Jeff wayyyy back in the day and listening to his kids be clever and letting them teach me stuff thrills me.

I found this podcast because of Planet Money’s recommendation and CGP has quickly become of my favorite podcasts during my long commute. Very entertaining and informative, now I actually understand some of the big stories I previously only knew from headlines. Thanks CGP!

The bro and sis combo are clearly educated. They pick good topics and have an interesting perspective from a reporting standpoint. I don't share their views on pop culture, but they are younger than me and we don't have to agree on that stuff. I did find it funny in a bleak, kinda soul-destroying way, how everyone on the show basically called Disney out for being Evil Incorp. and then went on to gleefully say that didnt matter at all in terms of their love for the company. Again, different taste. Racism: The Theme Park! is enough for me to rethink what I liked when I was in second grade. #butthatzjustme :D And Michael, for god's sake stop talking. If you keep talking Mikey I'm gunna unfollow the show and I'd hate to do that cuz bro and sis tackle some cool ish.
