    Your rating should be explicit
Great podcast, however the rating isn’t clean and is quite explicit.

    Relatable !!
A podcast for those who are too deep in their thoughts and need a kick to get back to loving themselves. Literally binge listening it’s perfect😮‍💨

January episodes so far aren’t the vibe.
The last couple episodes sounds like my girl is really going through somethings and needs to address some deeper things. She’s popping OFF but like in an aggressive way. I love that she’s confident and standing on business but sis sounds like she’s talking about someone directly and needs to have a heart to heart with them.

    You know what
I ran across Janell & this podcast on TikTok and I already LOVE it! I scrolled through maybe 7 or 8 post and just in the few of those I witnessed just how authentic and genuine you are. The last post I watched you allowed yourself to be vulnerable but overall you spoke truth. As much as I believe I tell myself the truth 100% of the time it helped to hear it from someone who appears to be a peer, can relate to healing in many aspects of life, and doesn’t allow material things to define her worth. Love what you’re doing! Congrats on the new location! You’ve gained a fan in me!

    Amazing and Inspirational Podcast
Everytime I listen to this podcast, she is always right on point with what I have going on in my life. I’ve learned so much from content creating to healing my trauma. I love how she is raw and precise with everything. I love how she is not afraid to express how she feels and not afraid to let us know about her traumas and life. She literally always hits home. Everything she says I can genuinely relate to and I love it! I’m just so happy that I found this podcast. It helps me so much in my life right now. I’m in my early twenties so some days I feel stuck, unsure, confused, indecisive and just depressed. When I listen to her podcast, it just gives me that reassurance that I will be alright and I’m on the right path. I love it!! I love it!!! I love it!!! I’ve literally shared this podcast to majority of my friends and family!

I am 20 yrs old and I definitely feel lost and lonely and question myself at times, but when I listen to this podcast it makes me feel not as lonely anymore. You give me so much hope and validation. I love this podcast!

    Love it!
I recently started listening (today) and a picked a random one to listen to 1st and as I was listening, I related so much that I genuinely wanted to start crying and I’m a very shut off person. It’s hard for me to express my emotions and my feelings and I recently started going to therapy to help with those things after being in a seven year relationship with a narcissist and being abused in many ways. I love the podcast Janell! It’s so real, it’s relatable in many ways. We’re the same age and I love the fact that it gives you hope to overcome things you’ve gone through and the trauma does shape you as a person but you can over come it. I’m excited to keep listening and read your book! You’re an amazing inspiring person💕

I don’t listen to podcasts at all. I came across your TikTok and notice your podcast and book , that I just purchased and decided to tune in & it was definitely worth it!! Very inspiring and really uplifting. You definitely touch a lot of topic others are going through but afraid to speak on or don’t know how to. Keep being the voice for others!!

    LOVE it!
This podcast unpacks a lot of issues that we don’t discuss as black women, and it creates a safe space for us. We really don’t have many safe spaces, and I’m glad we now have a place to discuss things without fearing backlash. Keep it up!
  • Donyea1130
