    Love love love this
I LOVE how comfortable Lyndi is in her skin. I want to emulate that in my own life and just listening to this has helped me become more comfortable with myself and all the things my body is. If you want to learn to love yourself too, I highly suggest listening to this podcast ❤️❤️❤️

    Love Lyndi
I love listening to Lyndi’s positive, hopeful, and practical advice on her podcasts. I would really like to see more content dedicated to specific GI issues and health concerns and the impact of diet. Examples include IBS, premenopause, cooking for kids with ADHD or other disorders, reviews of supplements or which whole foods impact these conditions. Keep going Lyndi… loved your books as well. ❤️

    Not really anti-diet
Despite being better than a lot of stuff out there it’s still a bit “diet-y”. Plenty of talking about making your body smaller. But better than much of what’s out there.
