i’m not even a fan of musicals but this show makes me laugh incredibly hard every week, the people at improv broadway are so talented and creative, and new episodes are literally the highlight of my week! pls listen to this show, even if you think you don’t like theater, it’s really for anybody

Look. I’ve tried to freestyle rap before. Every time, it comes out like this: -Yeah, my name is bryson. -They call me bryson. -My name is bryson… -My name is bryson. In other words, my brain freezes and I can’t think of a single thing to say. The fact that these geniuses come up with full songs, on the fly, with melodies and HARMONIES (?!) blows my mind. It zany, it’s brilliant, it’s talent. It’s Middleditch and Schwartz if they sang. 🤯👏🏻👏🏻

When there aren’t words, you only have one option… sing. Musical Mondays is a hidden gem that will brighten your day, your week, your life. You will laugh, you will cry, you will smile as you hear rhymes. Every episode is distinctly human and exceptionally hilarious. This will one of those few podcasts I wait to listen to each week. Thank you for the laughs. I’m loving every song.

I love improv, and Zach and Shae bring it to a whole new level. They create absolutely hysterical songs that sound like they came straight out of a musical album, and my jaw actually drops listening to some of these songs. Absolutely amazing, and one of my favorite podcasts.

Everything about Musical Monday is brilliant. The chemistry between Zach and Shae is perfection as they banter and create a story all at the same time. The musical talent of Caleb (the unsung hero) brings me so much joy as he composes on the spot. The lyric play is pure gold. If improv is your niche, this is something you absolutely have to hear! I also appreciate the cleanliness of their show.

These people come up with musical numbers on the spot, perform it with the gusto of people who have rehearsed this ridiculous musical for weeks, AND make it funny. They’re talented. And the work they produce is good, too. As a theatre kid, my new favorite musical is from this podcast. It’s absolutely worth a listen or two (or 20).

These people are just so talented! I am hooked into every episode! As an avid musical theatre I am truly astonished as to how each episode is fully improvised but I enjoy every second of it! I love just listening and laughing along with them while I’m driving or walking on campus! I just love everything about these! One of my favorites of these episodes is definitely The one about Shakespeares lost play, god what a love story that is…. Anyway I highly recommend this podcast to literally anyone and everyone!!

I enjoy the building of the made up musical. The way each person on the pod cast plays off each other is so fun to hear. Once you reach the music part buckle up. it’s amazing to have them come up with songs on the spot and them actually being good. The story is so fun every time.

People spend a lot of time, money, and energy trying to find happiness. Good news: it’s literally right here in this podcast. People also spend a lot of time, money, and energy trying to be funny. Good news: Shae, Zach, and Caleb are effortlessly funny. Shae is actual perfection. Not only is she brilliantly hysterical, but her voice is audible gold. I know people say men aren’t funny, but Zach proves them wrong time and time again with his quick wit and unmatched rhyming skills. And Caleb on keys? He is a master musician; adding subtle notes, rhythms, and motifs that elevate every song and scene. TLDR: 10/10, would recommend.

Their content always makes me smile. I first listened to their amazing improv music on TikTok. After countless times of being impressed by their work I figured that I’d give their podcast a try and oh boy was I not let down. Their enthusiasm and joy that they bring into each episode is so contagious and you are sure to smile when ever you listen to them.

I go from crying from laughter to crying from pain (because of laughter). Pick a lane! I loved the dad and son duet with all my heart.

Simply smart, beautiful and… somehow a father figure? This show has it all. Improv is hard. Ask anyone who’s tried to impress their in-laws. But the two make it sound easy. Every harmony, verse and story is made up on the spot, accompanied by a brilliant pianist. This is going to be my favorite part of every week. Cheers and huzzah!

When I first heard Shae belting out a song about an ice cream man’s deal with the devil I thought that I had heard it all. But couple that with the same angelic voices teaming up to duet an improv verse about how much a young boy hates his father and is going to Become immortal through the power of YouTube kids then you’ve got me hooked. Please don’t stop what you’re doing and if you keep in keeping on!
