    One complaint
Mostly very helpful! But boy oh boy as an adhd girlie with misophonia I have such a hard time getting through an episode because of how terrible the sound quality is. Mouth sounds and bad audio quality sounds are REAL enhanced (for me) (especially when speakers have speaking ticks like clicking their teeth between thoughts). Sometimes I can manage if I don’t listen on headphones… sometimes I put in earplugs and turn it up high. But yeah it’s a bummer, because it distracts me from the actual content and often I don’t get through episodes because of it. Pro level recording is very difficult tho so I don’t blame them!

    A Wealth of Information
For as far back as I can remember I have had an affinity for neurodiverse people — especially children, but also adults. Listening to Mona Kay’s interview with Dr. Veronica Anderson may have provided some insight into why by revealing what may be some of my own neurodiversity. Whether the Goldilocks Zone, Double Empathy, the Core Wound of Failure or other very resonating revelations abound in each episode.
