100% recommend for people who have insomnia. If you get overwhelmed easily, keep the volume a little low. But I put this on, no joke, I am OUT in normally about 10 minutes. ITS MAGIC MAN 😭

I get that adds are how you make some of the money, but it’s very frustrating when you’re about to fall asleep then you get jolted awake by a add that is 3 times louder than the sound/music. -Sleep deprived human
