KarlisaJadeUpdated ReviewUPDATE: Well it started cute, by the time I got to the 25th-ish episode the Narrators high pitched voice was giving me a massive headache. I stopped being able to tell the difference between the male and female chars. Also, the story moved away from mythology and started to be more about gender identity and exploring sexuality. By the time I got to the episode where the character pulled out his giant b@lls to create a wall of protection, I was more than done. ORIGINAL REVIEW-Cute and quietly funny introduction through modern storytelling of mythical beasts and their mythologies.

Omega Star ProductionsA story within a story about storiesMythology, or the study of myths is as stated, the study of fantastical stories lost to the sands of time. “Residents of Proserpina Park” tells these fictional stories in a very historically accurate way by executing it through a fictional story. This layered and nuance approach to their show is extremely clever, and that is echoed in the quality of the show. Top notch voice acting, production, and sound design make this a show you don’t want to miss.

screamingpandaCome meet the residentsResidents of Proserpina Park features a very well-cast production, lively creatures that spark one's curiosity, and a story world that feels both cozy and wildly unhinged at the same time. What the heck is this dude doing walking a three-headed dog? Does he earn thrice the wages of a regular dog walker? And who owns his freakish "dog"? Something's definitely going on around this park full of mythical creatures and I think it's more than just toxic waste runoff at the local nuclear power plant. Come meet the residents!

Neighborhood listenerFun and informative!Clean, immersive sound design creates the unique experience of exploring Proserpina Park along with Alina and friends. Each episode brings more to learn about myths and legends, along with revealing a little more of the unfolding mystery. The dialogue manages the tricky task of being informative but not stilted, and the actors complement each other well. I'm ready to return to the park in season 2!
