Great spooky stories!

I thoroughly enjoy Ghosts in the ‘Burbs, and this is in the same vein. I also live in Arizona, and hearing about places in Arizona is great! She does a wonderful job, and her stories are very entertaining. Keep up the good work!

I think I was hooked the moment Rachel mentioned Liz Sower. Rachel has a wonderful speaking voice and articulation. I love Rachel’s honesty towards non haunts and how she delivers the story of the real ones too. It’s spooky and the intro/outro music?! Chef’s kiss. I’ve binged for 4 days and I’m on episode 50 and can’t wait for more! Some people say it’s a great “void filler” for those missing GITB- but I think that’s a disservice to this pod. It’s an amazing spooky story in its own right.

Just found ‘A Conduit’s Diary’ and it is filling a giant ghost shaped hole in my heart. I hate that it took me so long to find it, but now that I have I’m devouring it. Her storytelling is just so fantastic and really pulls you in. I’m looking forward to all of the stories that I have left to hear!

Glad I found this show, it’s so good and severely underrated!!

This is a wonderful Arizona similar type show and I’ve been loving Rachael and her adventures as a Conduit. I’ve binged all episodes in less than a week and want more!!!

The banality with which the stories are told is integral to the authenticity of the characters and their lives. This is her life. These are the monsters that inhabit her life. This is how she handles those interlopers from other realms. Excellent. Love it.

These are stories and not someone going on and on about their own weekend on drinking binges. I love stories! These are the best stories of paranormal tales.

This is such a fun escape full of engaging story telling and chills! I look forward to each episode and our narrator Rachel's personal and professional journey as she battles spirits, evil, and helps people. Authentic and atmospheric!! Thank you!

So pleasantly spooky but also very warm and comforting to listen to! I loved the concept and greatly enjoyed all episodes, and thought the haunted Arizona ones were fun in between cases. I find myself speaking along to the outro of “…by…Me… by ..me…. By ME” and giggling weirdly every time. Can’t wait for more! ✨

I am always on the lookout for great stories about paranormal activity and this checks all the boxes.

This is a great spooky podcast! It’s on par with Ghost in the Burbs (which is fantastic too!) I love Rachel’s story building and telling. So great! I wait each week for a new episode like back in the TGIF days 😂

I just started listening to this podcast a couple of days ago and I’m hooked! I have never written a review for a podcast before, but I believe this one is totally worth it. The characters are relatable and likable, and the stories are highly entertaining. I sincerely hope she makes more episodes!

This is a phenomenal podcast! I am surprised I just found it because I search for fiction podcast. Please come back!! Put some adds on here, link up with rusty quill or a network like them and get paid! Definitely a top 5 fiction podcast and I have listened to just about all of them!

I’m super critical (too critical, sometimes)but this podcast is great! Love her voice, pronunciation is great, stories are consistent. Her voice is relaxing and while I realize they are formula driven, it still keeps me interested. I wouldn’t say these are super scary like other podcasts, but they keep me invested and she doesn’t pull you out of the story with bad narration or loud ads. Love it!

I highly recommend this podcast. I’m a little late to the party but I’ve been loving binging it at work.

Wonderful! I basically binged it as quickly as I could. A Paranormal Chicks brought me here since I’ve been missing Ghost in the burbs and this did not disappoint!

I managed to binge this in two days. Off and on between work and sleep etc. I love it!! I love the stories, the narrators voice, even love learning a bit more about Arizona. Donna from A Paranormal Chicks sent me here and she was right this is a awesome podcast!

I love this podcast, quickly became one of my favorites it doesn’t hurt that I’m from Arizona so it makes it that much more interesting to me.

I listen to many hour of podcasts every day and can find mind wondering. That’s not the case with this podcast. I find it immersive and quite clever. I’m very excited to see where the narrator takes this story

Perfection! Great stories, great narrator (I find so many of them irritating), and thankfully not over produced. I’m kind of glad I’m just now finding it, because that means I can binge it!

Recently found this podcast at the recommendation of another group and I am now binging all the episodes! Everything is perfect, the topics, length, writer’s voice! Just enough spook and twists for me to keep me company during commutes or dog walks without being TOO scary. I enjoy how it’s happening in COVID times too.

I’m really enjoying this series and the mythology Rachel is building. Great light-horror for those who love casual spookiness.

I really enjoy this podcast. I just started it two days ago and I'm hooked now. I saw the recommendation on the Ghosts in the Burbs Facebook, and it is a very entertaining podcast, with a funny, imaginative host. The spooky stories legitimately frighten me, especially while driving in the dark. Rachel is talented, and I'm excited to hear more!

A friend recommend this podcast to me since we are both huge GITB fans. I love how relatable Rachel is. Story telling is top notch and I feel like she’s an old friend. I never want this to end!

If you're a Ghost in the Burbs fan, you’ll love this. This is storytelling at its best. Well written, intriguing stories, and interesting characters. There is just enough spook to keep you on edge for the entire episode. Bravo! Keep them coming!
