    An inviting learning environment
So thankful to have found a space focused on learning from and helping one another. It’s one of the few media spaces where I am able to hear people having thoughtful discussions on farming that make you feel welcome to join the conversation as you are. If you are wanting less opinions and hot takes and more wisdom and knowledge I can’t recommend this podcast enough. I really appreciate the genuinely curious and polite nature of the host.

Good listen for beginners and seasoned graziers
Cal does a great job of interviewing guests and drawing out practical wisdom from their experiences. There’s a good mix of beginners and seasoned graziers from a variety of contexts. From a fellow Oklahoman, keep up the good work, Cal!

    Great podcast that isn't preachy
Grazing Grass is a great podcast that provides more information about regen ag than conventional/large org-produced podcasts, and isn't preachy like other regen ag podcasts.

A great place to learn different approaches to grazing grass.
I have a lot of friends in the conventional farming/ranching world, and I have watched them struggle to make ends meet. I always thought there had to be a better way to run this type of business. I wondered how could some people make money doing it, and others struggle to pay their bills. But everyone I know does the same thing, and has the same struggles. This podcast is what opened my eyes to a whole different approach to ranching, and by default farming as well. I have learned so much off of every episode I have listened to, I am so thankful I have found it. I try to listen to a podcast at least once a week, but sometimes I listen to 3-5, back to back while I am working. Some weeks I probably listen to 15-20 episodes. I dread the day I run out of episodes, and have to re listen to old episodes, and wait for new episodes to be released.Ranching has always been a dream of mine, however I had no intention of stepping into the struggle of conventional ranching. This podcast has given me hope that I can get into grazing animals as a business/career, instead of a expensive lifestyle/hobby.

    One of the best
Great show that continues to get better and better! Truly appreciate Cal’s commitment to expanding the art and science of grazing ruminants. Not a wasted episode. Listen to them all.

    Love it!
This is the first podcast I stumbled across when starting my grazing research and it's the only one I listen to consistently. I enjoy hearing the stories from both the beginners and those who have grown up around livestock their whole lives. With each episode I gain a little nugget that I'd like to incorporate into my own operation this year -- from fencing, to watering systems, to leasing land and so much more.

    Honest, humble, informative and entertaining.
I’m so thankful that the Apple Podcast algorithm pushed this channel out to me. The Grazing Grass Podcast was my first introduction to American agricultural podcasts and I’ve been following along ever since. Cal is a wonderful host and has opened many doors for me to explore the thoughts and operations of livestock producers across the country. From small hobby operators such as myself to generational family farms and many in between. Great show and thank you for what you do Cal! P.S. I’m especially enjoying the Friday episode format. The deeper dive into specific subjects is well received.
