Philadelphia is one of the great American cities. You already know that. The Love + Grit team manages to find even more reasons to love the City of Brotherly & Sisterly Love. I particularly enjoy how the hosts shine a light on lesser-known stories and people who embody the spirit of the city. Worth a listen!

I LOVE the podcast!!! It is everything that I need for my morning commute and Philly weekend planning. Here are the top 3 reasons why it hit home for me: 1) Y'all are just a joy to listen to. You are the homies I want to listen to on my ride to work or laugh with on the low when I have my earbuds in at work. Y'all are going to get me in trouble at work with your podcast because my co-workers are going to start talking... I already know it. 2) You dive deeper into all that makes Philly unique by connecting our local business owners and thought leaders to the wider audience. Offering the audience a peak into the passion, love and grit that inspired these Philadelphians to do what they do makes this a podcast that anyone will love to listen to. Whether they're a tourist or a fellow Philadelphian, your approach to storytelling is going to resonate. 3) The lightning rounds and the podcast overall engages all the senses when you talk about the tastes, sounds, scenes, and textures of Philadelphia. You totally provoke wonder. Rachel, I'm especially looking forward to hearing your voice more on the podcast. You've got such infectious energy and I love hearing that come through on the mic. I thought I knew a lot about Philly but this 1st episode has already schooled me, the only girls auto mechanic shop is located in Philly, did you know that? I didn’t, #shecanic, how dope is that.
