    Informative and understandable
I’ve been listening to Better! for over a year and I love how Stephanie Estima takes complex science and breaks it down into bite sized bits of plain English for everyone to understand. She dives deep into subjects to help women stay healthy and learn the new and emerging science about their bodies. She also changes her opinion when new information is presented and lets her listeners know why. I love it!

    Always informative and engaging !
I have been listening to podcast since before they were a “ thing “. I have been in the fitness industry for over 20 years ( personal trainer , yoga teacher and pilates instructor) and Dr Stephanie is spot on with the topics she picks and the people she brings. Love that she is a woman who lifts and understands the female body as well. Keep up the good work 💝

    Highly recommend
Better! with Dr. Stephanie Estima is one of several podcasts I listen to weekly. Her sultry voice, incredible mind, curiosity, gracious spirit and desire to learn make her an incredible host. I have forwarded to friends the episodes that relate to women’s hormone health specifically. I appreciate the depth of explanation and data presented. I especially enjoyed the recent episode with J.J.Virgin as I also listen to her podcast. It’s fun to feel like I’m listening to a conversation between friends. I appreciate all your thoughtfulness in putting together these podcasts. From a dark-roast Betty, Angela D.

    Aging is a Choice 💪🏼👀😃
I’m a new listener to Dr Stephanie and with the episodes that I have listened to so far they are fantastic and I highly recommend it! I love it that she’s a chiropractor as well! I will be also implementing some of the information that I discovered with all my female clients that I train.

    Highly recommend
I have been listening to Dr. Estima’s podcasts for about two year. I first read to her book The Better Body. Stephanie‘s podcasts are filled with scientific data that is explained in a practical way for women in my age group to relate to. I am 45 and have learned how I can better manage my health in my perimenopausal years because of this work. The podcasts I have particularly enjoyed have been about algae consumption benefits, skincare routines, managing sleep disturbances, exercise recommendations, and recovery tools like the sauna and ice bath. I recommend her to friends and my patients (I am a healthcare worker) whenever I can.

    Awesome Podcast for Women
I’ve been listening to Dr Stephanie for a couple years now and love the info she puts out on perimenopause and post menopausal women. Love her book The Betty Body!

    Specifically for women
What I really like about this podcast is that the topics are women’s concerns and the information is appropriate for women. Sometimes it’s for young women with kids and sometimes for aging women like me. In both cases there is often nuggets to pass on in conversation when I recommend it. A big plus is how smart Dr Estima is and that she doesn’t talk down to her listeners. Love it when she gets nerdy!

    Love the podcast!
Dr. Stephanie is easy to listen to and I love how everything is backed by real science. Her knowledge on all things perimenopause has been a huge help for my personal health journey. I’ve read her book and encourage all my friends to do the same. It’s a game changer for a topic that is not widely discussed and impacting so many women. Thanks for all the work that goes into to keeping your followers up to date with the latest and greatest on health, nutrition, and movement.

    My favorite podcast, hands down
I listen to a lot of podcasts but the one I listen to consistently (and anxiously anticipate new episodes) is Better. Dr. Stephanie covers the topics that are of critical interest to her target audience. She is a skilled interviewer — asking the right clarifying questions and allowing each guest the space to express their thoughts without interruption. The information I’ve learned from this podcast is very applicable and is helping me appropriately support my body through my perimenopausal years. I highly recommend this podcast for any woman looking to optimize her health and age powerfully.

The Even Better Podcast is Worth It
As a physical therapist and perimenopausal woman, I absolutely love learning about topics related to women’s health. The Even better paid podcast feels like a straight delivery of topics both myself and my patients are interested in. The ask me anything is real women’s questions which makes it feel very personal. Highly recommend!

As a fellow chiro, I have followed Stephanie from just about the beginning of her social media career and her information has proven so valuable through the years. I love the simplicity AND the deep dives into the science AND how as the science is changing you dip back and revisit a topic when needed. Better for everyone⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This silly-smooth voiced doctor brings some of the best guests and information regarding health and wellness to the podcasting world. She is not shy about getting deep and geeky with her topics which, while women-focused, are relatable to all of us. Thank you, Dr. Stephanie for your commitment to sharing with your audience!

Possible episode on women with RA and exercise strategies
Fantastic podcast! I’ve heard you mention exercise and RA a few times in different episodes - and would love to advocate for a dedicated episode to learn more about your experiences and suggestions. Both the joint mobility issues and also soft tissue impacts on tendons, ligaments etc. Training with RA (esp in menopause) has necessitated a shift to consistency over progression - due to the cyclical nature of RA flares and impact on capacity to lift heavy or train hard. Tendon issues also limit lifting capacity or there is a risk of injury. Post exercise recovery is slower. Would love to hear more in a focused podcast. Thanks for your consideration.

    I love you, Dr. Stephanie!
This is my go-to podcast, my mood booster, my health insight, my helpful tips, my lifestyle inspiration, my gym listen, my roadtrip muse, my favorite walking podcast… I could go on and on, but I love all of it and Dr. Stephanie has got such a good thing going with this podcast. I’m 24 and love it so it just goes to show that preventative health measures and hormonal expertise is very applicable to women in their 20s and not just women in perimenopause and menopause stages of life😁

So much more than a podcast
I am 42 years old, I have 3 boys and live in South Africa. I have been a huge fan and listener to your wonderful podcasts for the last 2 plus years. It’s so difficult to convey in a review the gratitude I have for you and the amazing work you do. Your content is so enriching and inspiring. You always ask the exact questions that I would want answers to when interviewing your guests. Thank you for sharing your story and so much of yourself, I can relate in so many ways and makes me feel so confident to know that what I feel is normal, and to have practical, real-world, honest recommendations and solutions . Another thank you for all the amazing free content you post,I recently downloaded your “blood test guide”,so useful and helpful! I obviously have your book which is amazing! And really hope you’re working on the next one . Please keep doing what you do and sharing your brilliance.

    Blowing my mind
I’ve just turned 40 and have a 5 and 6 year old. I have been battling feeling like garbage for years and have slowly started incorporating strategies into my life like breath work, easy exercise (I have a weak pelvic floor and imbalances in my shoulders) to try to get myself healthy enough to lift heavier. I also got an Oura ring to see how my sleep is. Quickly found out alcohol was the devil. I then found this podcast and not only did it speak to this exact point I am in my life but it verified all the work I have been trying means I’m on the right track. Stephanie is brilliant and funny and makes high level concepts digestible and easy to try. I love it. Now if I can only get myself healthy enough so lift without hurting myself 😜 Thank you Stephanie for putting this out into the universe.

    Wealth of information
I love this show. The recent two-part episode on peri menopause/menopause was incredibly helpful. I bought Dr Stephanie’s book, but it is still in my reading queue so I’m listening to podcasts during my workout for now. Thank you for this amazing resource as I work to optimize my health at 49!

    Perimenopause episodes
I’m new to podcasts and so happy I found you. I’m starting perimenopause and have been confused about symptoms and changes in my body. After listening to the perimenopause epidoses, things are starting to make sense. Thank YOU for all the info you provide and looking forward to future episodes.
  • MarenCarson1
    SO, SO helpful
The Perimenopause episodes are SO helpful! Especially the supplement section. My question is when a woman starts taking supplements, does she just go for it all at once or introduce each one over the course of a few weeks or months? Thank you for your knowledge and humor. Can’t get enough!
  • mvelasco07
    Highly recommend!
Can’t believe an incredibly valuable resource like this podcast is FREE! 🤩 No matter the subject, you’re guaranteed to gain something from Dr. Stephanie and her guests in each and every episode - can’t recommend this podcast enough!

    Good Information, needs an editor
The episodes I have listened to definitely hold some pearls but there is so much unnecessary waxing on and repeating sentences over and over that it’s tough to get through. It would be excellent if it were more concise. Edit, edit, edit.
  • hostilehorizon
    Too clinical
I love the conversations, but it seems to be too clinical and not spoken in lay person terms. It seems to be geared to the high workout/athlete individual as opposed to someone who works out and is trying to eat right for their body.
  • ValerieC!
    A wealth of good information

the intersection of keto, cholesterol & heart diseases
As a provider in cardiothoracic surgery, I love what you talked about in the episode called Keto, Cholesterol, & Heart Disease with Dr. Bret Scher. He mentioned the intersection of keto, cholesterol & heart diseases with our immune system. He also talked about the importance of a good combination of care.

    NEED TIME STAMPS!!!!
Playing from the beginning and I like it but really need the show time stamps back so I can scroll through and listen to the information I want to. Makes me not listen to the episode if I don't know where to skip through to get the information that pertains to me. Please include this again like you did in the first episodes.

I love that Dr Stephanie has such a broad range of experts on her show, and gives all info so the listener can decide for themselves what is best for them. My only beef is that she talks so fast! But I guess she has to to get so much info in each podcast. 😊
