I’m an airline pilot with a glider back ground. I haven’t flown a glider in almost 20 years. This podcast has really brought me back and has me considering get back involved with the SSA.

I fly radio control sailplanes, but I love this podcast. Partially because I am a aviation nut, but mostly because I always lean something that will make me a better RC pilot.

I’m relatively new to the world of soaring and I really appreciate the diversity of both guests and topics discussed in this podcast. Chuck has a friendly, uncomplicated approach to podcasting that makes it easy to listen to and digest.

Seems like quality of guests and interview questions are getting better as chuck goes along ! Chuck how about a “soaring tips” segment ?? Specific advice that pilots want give about soaring or technique ??

I’m so happy there is a podcast dedicated specifically to gliding and sailplanes. Finally! But I feel that this podcast is lacking good banter and in-depth questions. It doesn’t really keep a listener hooked. I still listen to hear the stories from all the amazing pilots. Nicely done, sir! Fun to hear other pilots taking and I enjoy hearing their origin stories. If you get a chance, there are some fascinating glider pilots here in MN, who I am pretty sure would make for some interesting interview subjects: From a prolific glider handbook writer, to a hall of famer, to a Barron Hilton cup participant.

Kudos for starting this podcast. There is no shortage of great pilots to interview, that we can all learn from. Soaring is such an under rated and unknown sport, this is a good place to explain what it's all about. The first few shows were a good start, looking forward to more.

Today I listened for the first time and binge listened! Chuck and his guest never lost my interest for a single minute! Hope to hear more!
