I happened to find “I like your work” podcast on the collaboration episode, as a great fan of collaborating with artist, I found that introduction episode to the podcast very insightful. I’ll be back for more.!

The interviewer has lots of passion about the subject but I really wish she would calm down and be more grounded when she interviews the artists. I'm quickly getting tired of the "like, like, like valley talk and it sounds like she yelling in to her mic. LIke I said, I applaud her enthusiasm, but I wish she would mature up and be more grounded.

What a wonderful interview with Deborah! Talking about owning your schedule, while being a mother, a teacher and an artist is amazing to wrap my head around. Her strength let’s her multi take and keep things running smoothly.

I've been listening to I like Your Work for two years now. I salute Mrs. Hess for her creativity, courage, enthusiasm and persistence in offering these podcasts! The title of the show reveals its content: It's about sharing, celebrating and honoring the work of artists and art professionals. As an artist and a mother, I love how the podcast highlights women artists and doesn't shy away from difficult issues. The podcast has certainly enriched my life and helped me connect with a new community online. Lastly, I really like how the podcast is promoting the idea that we already have all the resources we need as artists, we just need to know it, to embrace it and to share it!

This is the best artist interview podcast I have listened to. The interviewer asks great questions and the artists interviewed always seem comfortable and relaxed. Artists talk a lot about their process, their work habits, their challenges and their inspirations, and it is really informative and really fun!!

Erika is an amazing artist who is just so incredibly generous in offering these podcasts as well as a host of wonderful studio tools and tips for artists on her ilikeyourworkpodcast website. Erika has a gift for building community through the arts. Every episode is inspiring. This is a great podcast to listen to whether you are an artist or teacher or just like looking at art. She talks a lot about the artists (read painters) that listen to her show, but I think she underestimates her audience (in scope, not in talent)...I spend my days in the classroom, but she has inspired me through this podcast to get back behind a paintbrush with more of a focus.

Erika's understanding of the artist’s perspective is truly remarkable. She always focuses on the things that really concern artists. I appreciate her realness and straight forward questions for her guest. I’ve learned soo much listening in. Erika thanks so much for all you do.
