I’m a young mom, my son is 14 months and i’m 24. the most overwhelming part of my postpartum/motherhood transition was feeling so separate from women my age, other moms, even my friends i just felt isolated. listening to these too feels like a refreshing sesh with close friends again helping me realize even in a new place in my journey I’m not a new person and i’m so far from alone. i’m still me, and also a mom, both can be true and neither makes me less of the other. love this podcast!

Never did I think a podcast would make me few seen in such a profound way. The Good Moms are perfect companions for a fresh start. Every mom should give it a try. The goal is not to agree with everything that’s said, but to shift your perspective on what is possible as a mom. Do you need a weekly pep talk as you release the mental strain and limiting beliefs of the patriarchy? Or maybe you need a little validation to unapologetically demand your respect as a mother and set boundaries as needed? Maybe you just need to be reminded that you are a goddess in every sense? Prior to GoodMoms I was not into podcasts because I didn’t feel this were relatable but after listening to GoodMoms I a so hooked! They are such incredible women and so raw and unfiltered! I love it !!

I must say I’ve been sleeping on this podcast because I assumed it was just for Moms. This podcast touches on a variety of topics that anyone can relate to. Erica and Milah are so real and down to earth. There’s vulnerability and just raw honesty with them that’s so palpable. Highly recommend!

I got the book some years back and didn’t read it. I heard the breakfast club interview and fell in love! I started binging the podcast and E and Mila are the voices I didn’t know I needed! So real, funny, and raw! My new homegirls! And I’m finishing the book as we speak! Sooooo good!

I love the No Touch 0rgasm episode from 12/14/23 It delighted me to hear other woman discuss tantra and how it enhances the mood and orgasm. I absolutely love your freedom!!!

All of 2023 i took a “break” aka fell off of my spiritual practices. I came across this channel when i was 1 month pregnant with my 3rd baby in the middle of 2023. Since listening I’ve been so inspired by you ladies to continue my work & not shame or beat myself up for being human. Stumbled upon these ladies a few months ago while walking my dog & literally it’s the only thing I listen to on all my walks now. Since I’m way late to the game I’ve been listening to past episodes, but have fallen in love with the realest & relatable things they speak on!

These are my girls! I listen to GMBC faithfully every Wednesday and look forward to their episodes. They helped me step into my sexuality and transmute a ton of sexual shame that I carried from my childhood. I never had any peers who were so confident and comfortable in expressing their sexuality and sitting in their sexual goddess-hood, so Erica and Milah are like those homegirls for me! I’m also a witch so i love hearing as they continue to evolve in their divinity and spirituality! So grateful for y’all and what y’all do 🫶🏿
