Reviewer8503271Fabulous ResourceI’ve been listening to Shelli Warren’s show Stacking your Team since it first aired. While I don’t have a team of five or more, I have still found her insights, actionable, insightful and entertaining. And now she’s dishing out tidbits for us smaller employers. Definitely give it a listen and subscribe!

Emily Palace TheatreAbsolutely an AssetShelli continually blows my mind and calls me out in the best way. When I listen to her podcast I feel inspired to be better and do better without the weight of feeling like I have to lose myself in my job. She teaches balance in all things, your life and workplace. I know I’m becoming a better leader listening to her.

WhitneywinsThe Missing Link for Entrepreneurship SuccessIt’s easy to find lots of podcasts and books about marketing, mindset, money, and service models for entrepreneurs- but I really don’t find a lot of resources that go this deeply into this often overlooked aspect of running a small business (hiring and managing a team). I have found so much value from this podcast - Shelli and her guests go deep and provide specific, actionable advice that is 100% applicable to entrepreneurs. I’ve also enrolled in their hiring course and am learning a lot. I really can’t recommend this podcast enough. Growing your team is a must if you want to grow your business, but few people provide tactical advice on the “how.” Shelli does! If you only have a few minutes a day to catch up on your podcasts - make this one the priority :)

Devon CC 23So Useful!!Shelli is a wealth of knowledge! I find myself regularly returning to old episodes to prepare myself for challenges I see coming down the pike and to remind myself of the importance of maintaining those best practices. I used to have one staff member and I made a lot of mistakes on my way to the current team of seven. I found Shelli and the biz chix podcasts about halfway through that journey and have grown so much as a manager thanks to her advice! Thank you!
