    Balanced and informative
Always very informative. The archives are excellent as well if you want some of the history leading up to the current situation.

If you want the facts, here they are
This is your Hasbara, in lecture format! ;P My only complaint/suggestion for the host is: be a little more natural with your voice tone. Sometimes it is too monotone and sounds like you’re reading from a paper. A little more inflection and conversational tone would actually help listeners process your words rather than the reading-from-a-book tone. Episodes are always on interesting and important topics. I appreciate the coverage post 10/7 as well. In this day and age it is important that the facts get out there. Keep up the good work, it is important work and too few people are doing it!

    Informative and Nuanced
This is a great podcast. I have listened from episode 1 and have learned a lot from Jason who always presents information in a balanced and thoughtful way. And, with humor. Great job Jason!

    What a find!
As a Baal teshuva who departed from religion twenty years ago, this podcast reawakened my love of intellectual Judaism. With his informative, inclusive, often irreverent approach, Jason returned to me a lost treasure! Extra bonus - my non-Jewish husband gets many of his “Jewish” questions answered right here! Todah Rabah on both counts.

    Amazing!
Jason Harris, thank you so much for these informative, story-filled podcasts! I’ve been listening to the pre-state episodes and learning a lot. I love you how tie together historical events and trends, giving the detailed accounts and at the same time, zooming out periodically to show how events fit into a big picture.... Better than my 11+ years of Jewish day school education put together! 😊

    Love this podcast
My husband and I love this podcast. We listen to it all the time when we drive from Novato to Sea Ranch. We have learned so much. And Jason is so wonderfully humorous at the same time.

    Inspirational podcast on Zionism
Great great podcast on modern Jewish history. Every episode is filled with inspirational insights. It really makes you appreciate the Zionist movement, which led to the creation of Israel - a country for Jewish people. I am very greatfull to the author for creating this podcast. I re-listened every episode multiple times, and am eagerly awaiting new ones!
