Run till the endI’ve been missing out!!!Why am I just now finding this podcast? This is an excellent and educating listen. Definitely add this to your listening routine.

The Real Zen BoyThe Crazy Uncle PodcastWas hoping for some intelligent and insightful consideration of current topics, instead got an extremist political propaganda podcast from people who get their “news” from Facebook or Alex Jones. It was absolutely awful. Episode on SCOTUS decisions, and easy one to showcase in-depth coverage, and instead got a misrepresentation of every single case discussed. It’s sad and pathetic and ignorant.

Fowlriver10Why is Israel having problems with relations with the Middle East? The progressives in the US have definitely taken the wrong side of human society. The US has lost spiritual intelligence. Knowing US missionaries, Israelis treat other cultures like lower class humans. They have brought some criticism from the Middle East upon themselves. IS college students are exactly what you have talked about. Colleges are recruiting LGBTQ+ students into the schools of education to spread their genderism k-12. My own Alumnus, Ole Miss, is actively recruiting LGBT+ students from rural areas and community colleges with the promise of paid tuition with promise to teach 3 years in the state of Mississippi. Their plan is to take over the K-12 student minds in Mississippi and beyond. Their school of diversity, imbedded inside the college of education, has a tool kit and mission statement similar to what BLM has published on their radical website. What a parallel!

rebirth of freedomProject 2025I am very pleased to hear about project 2025. I like how Vivek has talked about getting control of the regulatory state and your project is a good way to make it happen.

chaseD702Heavily SpeculativeCommentary-based with evidence of extreme one-sided bias. Many discussions are counter to currently available data

smokejumper2014Use to enjoy, now justI used to like this pod but you have gotten away from your mission. With Tim Doescher, this has become too much of an echo chamber for conservative talking points. I listen to have experts explain the situation. There is now too much opinion inserted into the podcasts and not enough expert analysis. I’m not here to be told what to think. Bring back more with Michele Cordero. I’ll be unsubscribing soon if it doesn’t improve.

rk_USAExcellent ResourceGreat information and facts not presented in most media. Especially valuable is when the explanations are related to specific laws or the Constitution.

DustyGator45Reliable informationHeritage Explains is exactly what the name implies. The source of the information is conservative research, driven by verifiable data. The opinions are not informed by personal bias so this is a must if you want trusted information to help you understand the reasoning behind the policies.

J84L37HKnowledgeable HostsThe Heritage Foundation researches relevant topics and succinctly presents their findings for the listeners. Their guests are representative of the government and community, making the show interesting.

gwr71With respectThe pandemic is winning; we are not. This is evident in only half of our population being fully vaccinated - amidst an already-broken healthcare landscape, an aging populace, CRE and SHC getting crushed, and those who are unvaccinated now placing those who are vaccinated, at risk (and themselves). Is it worth losing more people in 2022 than in 2021, which was greater than life-loss to C19 in 2020??? At what point should federal leadership say enough is enough and it’s time to protect our country, it’s people, close our borders in the interim, and get things under control from the threat of this insidious, unremitting, constantly-mutating pestilence?. In a public health crisis such as this we need greater protection measures, coming from the top- and the leadership, is lacking.

MaocrjapDependable sourceI appreciate your fact based constitutional approach to issues. It’s why I listen. Thanks!

MayflowerDARUnbelievableJust how many podcasts does the Heritage Foundation have running right now to push their agenda? Truth doesn’t need such a propaganda machine like this & listeners of this podcast would be wise to remember this. It is exactly this that has divided our country to the point that we don’t even seem to have the same basic shared values that built this great nation

sully123234Another Conservative Echo ChamberThese type of shows are the problem we’re all in this mess of division. It’s just another echo chamber, in this case allowing conservatives to cycle through the same talking points over and over. In one episode, they discussed how the “liberal indoctrination in our schools” is why the riots happened and why statues have been torn down, because liberals “hate our country”. None of this is accurate. Does our education system lean left? 100%. Does it teach us to hate our country? Come on now. The riots were a spilling over of tensions after another senseless black man died at the hands of a police officer. Which is a part of the much longer building up of tension due to the systematic oppression of African Americans for centuries, starting with slavery and followed by Jim Crow laws which is followed by redlining and then the mass incarceration of African Americans. But acknowledging these FACTS result in conservatives dismissing it as “liberal indoctrination” in our schools. Shame.

Yes/no/😀/😡I just discovered Heritage ExplainsI just discovered Heritage Explains and I can’t tell you how excited I am to start listening more. I listened to the interview with Larry Elswr who I knew about already from other interviews, and was enthralled. I am in search of the truth on current issues and I think this is one place to get the truth.

-
Thomas60600Thought-provoking and informativeThe topics are always fresh and presented in ways that are engaging and conversational. This podcast should be required listening for parents and children to start a dialogue about current events and history. We need this more than ever now.
-
benniesdadContent always of interestI enjoy the explanations provided on the various issues. Just enough background to help explain the origin of what is currently in the news. Great job.
-
jgb986Disappointed conservativeI love Heritage Foundation, but this podcast portrays their viewpoints as really shallow and not very well thought through. It does not counter the opposing viewpoints in its topics very well and the episode on going back to school makes conservatives sound like we don’t care about the older population when in fact I care and many others do very much, and that episode is extremely factually inaccurate in terms of science and also how school systems function.
-
RootedGuy303Fact-Based AnalysisI’m enjoying the Heritage podcast for its quality perspectives on current events, helping busy people like me grasp them in ways that mainstream media do not. I decided years ago that I was no longer going to rely on just PBS/NPR and network news, so I encourage listeners to try this out to broaden and deepen what they consume to formulate their worldview.
-
JamieP60So good!Great content and such a pleasant sound. Really helps me understand these issues quickly.

Chris S. TEXASA FANTASTIC RESOURCE for issues that matter! The TEAM at Heritage Explains does a fantastic job at digging deep into the issues that matter. I was especially pleased with this week’s interview with Mike Powell which addresses “What is going on at the Southern Border?”. It was a great reminder that we need to continue to discuss this important issue while so much attention is on COVID-19. The education continues and I look forward to future podcasts. Kudos to Michelle Cordero, Tim Descher (spelling?) and everyone on the TEAM!

AdammeyerQuick :: Informative :: CorrectI love the weekly podcasts from Heritage Explains! The hosts and guests are engaging, the topics cover the ‘need-to-knows’ of both American and global issues, and the gold standard Heritage perspective always cuts through the dross of the general pop-narrative. Keep it up Michelle, Tim, and Heritage Team!

WHClark2001The Perfect Add to My Daily CommuteWhat a great service of perfect length to augment my busy schedule and keep me informed as I go about my day. I have now traded the mindless drudgery of driving to and from the office for concise, informative experience about news and issues from a conservative perspective. Thank you Heritage Explains!
-
charitimsInformative without the hypeI learned more listening to just three episodes than I have reading theSkimm for two years. They really just stick to the facts. I love that they go deep on pertinent topics, but the episodes aren't too long. The questions the interviewers ask are on point. I am totally going to have my kids listen to this when they get older. So informative!
