A Must.

This book podcast has given me so many “aha!” moments. I catch myself listening to some of the episodes over and over because they provide so much goodness that is sometimes hard to catch on the first listen unless you are taking notes. Cathy has literally changed my life. I’ve gone from being angry, depressed and lost most of the time to having a prevalent sense of contentment.
