I found it to be more about selling Gartner capabilities versus providing insights. Understand the need to sell, but the balance should be better.

I really enjoyed the shorter format where you treated a specific topic after which one could reflect on the ideas discussed, formulate next steps and dig deeper. But the larger format is really distracting as you jump from topic to topic. It also is contrary to the established research on learning abilities and information absorption (smaller chunks are better.) In any case, this podcast really provides new insights and different perspectives to issues of the day while guiding to the future. Thanks for that.

Im not sure what happened but the last pod cast has a loud high pitch ring to it that makes it almost unbearable to listen to, hope someone can clean up the audio and repost it.
