    Truly life changing!
Thanks Matt! I absolutely love the topics and conversations which has taught me so much about myself and about who and where I strive to be. I would often listen to an episode over and over so that I fully grasp the concepts and take it all in. My favorite podcasts and truly inspirational.

    Great interview!
I’m a little late to the game and I am just learning more about Brené Brown now. The interviewer was asking great questions that were helpful for understanding further ideas & taking action. Impressive! I was blown away to learn that Brené Brown offers free downloadable resources on her website Based on all the research and work she’s doing/ done. It’s ALOT of free resources. I need things in writing in addition to listening, I am so grateful for her contribution to human kind & mental health! Amazing! Definitely listen to this episode!

Love the recent Smiles That Transform episode
Thought Dr. Rich Castellano shared a very important detail. “When you tell people that they need to smile more they’ll actually resent being told to smile. What you have to do is you have to show up and you have to smile.” Keeps modern-day leaders accountable and effective when it comes to empowering their sales teams.

    Great podcast!
Matt has a ton of great interviews! Not only people you’ve heard of in everyday life, but also people you may not know but have a ton of valuable information to share. I’ve been listening to his podcast for about a year and have been able to implement a lot of the information into my own personal development journey.

    Interesting content, frustrating editing
I’ve started listening recently and I’m finding the show interesting and full of insights that are applicable to my life. However, I find the ad/sponsor placements more frustrating than in any other podcast I listen to. The ads seem to interrupt the interviewee mid-sentence every time. By the time the ads are over, I’ve forgotten the start of whichever sentence and I’ve lost my grasp on the topic of conversation. Editors, please listen and wait for a period!

    Morning walk motivation
I’ve moved the Grand Cayman and no longer have my accountability walking friends. We used to walk and talk every morning at 5a and I loved the company, conversation and connection. Now that I’m here, I needed a reason to get up and get moving. The variety of conversations and interesting topics is my new motivation! Thanks for sharing all these great interviews! I love your style and science based approach.

Wisdom On How to Live A Better Life.
I stumbled on this podcast from YouTube, specifically Robin Dreeke’s episode. I think Robin’s work is phenomenal, and so I decided to check out this podcast to see what other useful life advice / wisdom I could obtain. Based off the one YouTube video I listened to, I’m sure I won’t be disappointed. This is a podcast worth putting in your daily listening rotation.

Educational and so helpful on growing
This podcast has such a wonderful variety of content. It educates the listener on how to improve different aspects of their lives, rather than just one segment of life. From Adam Grant to Charles Duhigg and Perry Marshall. It’s a great listen while driving, walking my dogs, or any everyday task.

    Bring Matt as solo host!!
I loved listening to science of success until about 2 years ago when you guys started experimenting with the change of host. This show was great till it was hosted by Matt. His questions, his tone and pace everything was of such a great value. New host just spoiled it for me. The show is about science of success and ironically they have not thought about the psychology and impact of changing the host!!

    A must listen towards exceptional
Conversations with scientist and leaders in areas of positive psychology, perseverance active listening empathy - traits necessary of all leaders, and more than just having the highest IQ - love Joe Navarro discussion on mylenation and Dr. Sasha's conversation on balanced approach to positive psychology. I listen on my daily walks and take with me in my work day leading a team of 15 to stay connected to them, while also handling pushing initiatives forward and managing projects at leadership level. Often doubting my abilities or concerned about what others think, how they feel, am I smart enough - all those things we as leaders fear. So helpful and practical tips to stay present, focused, positive engaged

    How lucky we are
What I love so much about the Science of Success is the exposure to top thought leaders and evidence based practices related to success. They make you think about the unexoected and challenge you to take the road less traveled on your journey.

One of the Best Podcast I’ve ever Heard
Matt Bodnar knows what he’s talking about. His approach to productivity and personal development is backed by science, and he knows how to break down complex concepts into bite-sized chunks.
  • Tracyjothompson
    Podcast 301
I found his information on the Holocaust and how to debunk things very interesting and helpful. He was against political correctness and yet was for it. I did find it interesting that he had a lot to say against conservatism. But nothing from the other side. I’m conservative and I’m vaccinated. I didn’t think his argument was good enough to require vaccination. Vaccinated or not it still spreads. You’re not protecting your neighbor getting vaccinated. It’s interesting that he used his idea to let everyone speak and then wants to shut them down legally. If he used arguments that weren’t political he’d get his ideas better across to people. I tried to listen but he continued on the Democrat agenda. Very disappointing. Why did he challenge his employee? I wonder if they felt intimidated. I knew before he said it he was pro choice just in his language “fetus” . Interesting that he wanted fairness in conversation yet completely took one side.
  • jsmith0204
    Shermer interview
Matt, normally, I like your content, but I have to say this was your worst interview. This man talked about level headed thinking, yet ALL he did was bash conservatism and promote left leaning thinking and pro government bias. I do appreciate you having someone on the show with a different viewpoint with interesting ideas, but this one was slanted heavily towards left thinking without you presenting the other side. Not your best show.
  • EricaBushwell

This podcast definitely makes the top short list — its one of the most valuable resources on a range of interesting topics with leaders in their respective industry. Matt has good intellectual positive energy with engaging questions in a down to earth vibe. For sure recommend 10/10 and leaves me with more insight than most other podcasts out there.

    Another Podcast going political
I really use to love this podcast but it has gotten too political for me. Sad this is literally happening everywhere you go when the podcast has nothing to do with podcasts.

    Potentially Life-Changing Content
Five years after listening to the SoS podcast for the first time, I am now a form believer that real behavior change begins with changing how you think about successes and setbacks. I can say that his show has introduced me to experts whose perspectives and teachings have set me on a path to greater happiness, confidence and financial security. If you’re new to the podcast, I strongly recommend you begin with the Dr. Amy Cuddy episode. One episode of one podcast can’t change your life but if you’re struggling with a degree self doubt that’s keeping you from doing the work you’re capable of and being the kind of person you were born to be, Matt Bodnar and Dr. Amy Cuddy will absolutely change how you look and think about it. And once you start doing that, you may find yourself, as I did, amazed at your own power to change.
