    Love this Show
I just found and started listening to this show and have loved every moment. Kimberly and Xand bring such different perspectives that have really helped me to understand the nuance of different parts of the body and how they impact my life and the lives of others. I’d love to see more in this series. There’s so much to learn!

    KIMBERLY SAVED MY LIFE
Kimberly saved my life which 2 medical doctors, 2 emergency room doctors, 1 psychiatrist and 1 endocrinologist could not. Looking at the amygdala as an arousal response as opposed to the fight or flight response is incredibly powerful. Our bodies CAN turn that narrative completely on its head. This inspires us to take back control of our own lives. As confidence begins to emerge, it reinforces itself with more confidence. Please continue to teach us, dear Kimberly. With you, we can begin to change ourselves, our world and those we love.

    This is great!
So sad I discovered this only after it was over. This is so deep and thought provoking. I’d love to hear another series from these two!

    Another series, please!
I have listened to all episodes of “Made if Stronger Stuff” and greatly enjoyed each one. Kimberly and Xand seem genuinely engaged in their tour of the human body. They find people with unusual experiences as well as researchers who can help interpret these experiences. I would love to continue learning from them!

Just brilliant beautifully presented and hugely enlightening
Xand and Kimberley are a fabulous pairing in this thought provoking and sensitive look into body and mind. I love their compassion, honesty, humour and curiosity. Kimberley is such an articulate, informed professional and Xand you are brilliant, stop saying otherwise, although don’t lose your healthy sense of pessimism. More please this is genius.

    more facts
ok we get it--the hosts are woke... now if they only stuck to the subject matter instead of talking about themselves i might learn more!

Hoping they never run out of body parts to talk about
I never write reviews but I actually searched to see how I can write this one. I had originally downloaded this as I have always enjoyed the twin doctors on tv and hoping that it will keep me mildly entertained but at the same time lull me to sleep during this pandemic insomnia but I was sooo wrong! It is so interesting, not because of all the science, which there are plenty but more because of the personal connection I feel like I’m building during this isolating time. When listening to this, I feel like I’m being wrapped warm in a cozy blanket of ‘it will all be ok because the human body is amazing and because human connections are amazing’. Thank you both for bringing this nugget of brilliance!

Great content undercut by strained dull banter between hosts
The content is excellent . Sadly it is interspersed with strained flat attempts at humor between the hosts
