    Brookes is literally so smart when it comes to her book selections and reviews! I love how her and her guests highlight certain parts of the book without spoiling it to where you don’t want to read it for yourself!

    Too much banter, not for me.
    I really wanted to like this podcast more than I did. I've been looking for a podcasts that offer thoughtful discussion of books. I've given it a few shots now but it's just not doing it for me. In general, I don't like podcasts with a lot of banter and tangents and this one has too much for me. So If you like or don't mind banter then you may enjoy this podcast more. I do like the questions Brooks has and I'm sure it's a fun group to interact with in person but as a podcast I feel it could use some editing.
