Gruber was the perfect person to host this “Meet the Author” event. He’s intimately familiar with the subject and always provides a well thought-out analysis. In this situation his affable nature makes him a charming host; and the authors respond well. I haven’t started the book yet; but I’m sure it’ll be superior to Isaacson’s. I just wish I’d known about this event before it happened: I’d’ve attended!
