What’s the deal with the ambiguously constant gay dialogue?

Good.

Love the Orioles but this show is getting more and more mind numbing every year. Also don’t need the political talk in my sports. I’m out.

I used to enjoy this show... but the stats-backed negativity and lack of imagination has gotten old. Doesn’t take much to look at the bright side and talk about the positive side of things. Sadly, tuning out.

Hey guys, love the podcast. I’m a die hard orioles fan that can’t get enough of baseball talk, and this is one of my top picks.

Your baseball content is nice, although you both are extremely pessimistic. Once you step out of sports and go political your true ignorance is seen. Stick to what you “know” and stay in your lane. Emancipate yourself from your naïveté.

Have been listening for several years and never miss an episode. I moved out of the MASN coverage area ~10 years ago and only recently returned, so podcasts gave me the Orioles content I missed desperately but that no one else in the area cared about. Even my husband, who unfortunately was born in Boston and loves the Red Sox, enjoys listening to Bird’s Eye View - I feel like that’s probably the best recommendation I can give. Scott and Jake are funny, provide great commentary, and have good chemistry - although if Scott (I think it’s Scott?) could pull back on saying “as it were” and “in essence” four times per sentence, that would really, in essence, be amazing. It’s okay though, I love the podcast regardless and plan to listen to every episode until the end of time or until Bird’s Eye View stops broadcasting. Whichever comes first.

I come for "Drink of the Week" and stay for the ⚾️.

Relatively new fan here (~2 years) of baseball and inherited my gear from my mom. The guy you mentioned in the recent episode is not alone because I’m also that person who recently searched for an Oriole podcast during this low period 😂 but you guys make it awesome! Love the facts and jokes. Keep it up!

You guys are great. Always make me laugh, & the two of you compliment each other well. It’s tough being an O’s fan, period. But, living in CT makes it that much harder. Keep up the great works guys!

Opening podcasts with "what are you drinking" reviews is so tired and pretentious. Dialogue is stiff and carries an awkwardness level akin to an Office episode. As a fan of the O's, I've tried multiple times following this podcast; can't, won't, don't recommend.

This was my first season following baseball as well as the Baltimore Orioles. The on field production was bad and from what I’m told is almost historically bad; the same cannot be said of this podcast. Great opinions and facts from 2 solid hosts made every week of Baltimore baseball worth it. Scott and Jake have great chemistry and puns to match their content, drive and love for baseball. You have made a listener for life and I can’t wait to hear what you guys do next. Let’s go O’s.

The best Orioles podcast out there, hands down. From drink of the week to blowing the save, Scott and Jake keep you informed and entertained about all things Baltimore baseball. If you love the O’s and you don’t listen to these guys, you are missing out.

You guys keep it casual while keepin' it real. Great insight (stats, etc.) and great perspective on the challenges of being an O's fan. I look forward to it every week.

Always look forward to my Tuesday AM walk to hear your insights on the O's-er coaster. Long-time O's fan from Brooks, Boog and Barber (only B pitcher I could think of) era. Thank Goodness I get to wait a week to hear about Gausmann's performance vs Reds. To paraphrase an old saying, "Gausmann and Bundy and pray on Sunday" ain't working anymore. Outstanding program, and drink commentary not bad either. You need to try some good brews from Blue Mountain Brewery in the scenic Blue Ridge Mountains in Central Virginia. Let's go O's!

These guys do an awesome job! Keep up the good work and the different views/subjects not covered on "terrestrial" Baltimore radio sports talk stations.

They give the worst insights and opinions on the Orioles and I love it. Seriously, great review of the previous week in Orioles baseball. Scott's analysis and Jake's passion always provide for an entertaining show. The medical wing song always makes me giggle too.

They told me if I reviewed them, the O's would breakout of their slump. Here goes nothing!

I really enjoy the BEV podcast. I've subscribed and listen to every episode. Jake and Scott are highly informed and entertaining. It is a must-listen podcast for any die-hard Orioles fan like myself. The show segments (medical wing, Twitters, Fantasy Boss, Good Bad & Ugly, etc) keep things fun and lively. And the guys do a great job of audience engagement. Bonus: you'll gain a few helpful craft beer and liquor recommendations along the way.

Always a weclome sight in my feed. A combination of the pulse of the fanbase and statistical analysis, Jake and Scott both encapsulate the best of the fanbase.

If I had friends I would imagine that the conversations these gentlemen engage in would be similar. Ok, joking aside, this is a fun podcast and the hosts love their birds. If you're like me listening to The Fan every day trying to get your O's fix (and realizing Rob is the only one you don't want to routinely punch in the ear) give this podcast a listen. Nate

Entertaining show for Orioles fans and others into baseball. Clearly produced from a fan’s perspective but also features sober analysis (by hosts who like a good drink!). Jake and Scott are also very responsive to listeners and seem like good guys whose podcast is worthy of a listen. I’m an O’s fan living out of the Baltimore area and this is a great way for me to connect with the fan community.

These two guys have become the best Orioles podcast available. Their friendship and love of the Orioles is obvious and welcome. Great stuff.

Best O's podcast out there. When times are tough, not too depressing, when times are good, level-headed and optimistic. Perfectly odd music choices for different situations keeps things light amidst deep statistic talk. Need to no more about Wobas and Babips? These are your guys.

I have scoured iTunes for in-depth Orioles podcasts, and this is by far the best I've found.

Despite their self-degridation, this podcast is intelligent, funny and pretty informed. Give it a listen!

Despite a slow offseason, Jake and Scott gives me some relief that Opening Day will someday arrive. Their comments are easy to understand and their insight are well balanced. As someone who didn't follow baseball since conception, I appreciate their explanation of how baseball works. I highly recommend for their humor, opinions, and special guests.
