I adore these two! I’m quite a nostalgic type, so this is right up my alley. I love the dynamic between Meg and Julian as well. This is one of my favorite podcasts, always fun to listen to!

I found this podcast through a couple comedians I like who were guests. There some episodes that are really fun. However, if the host doesn’t like the guests’ choice of topic or doesn’t share their interest. He gets really judgmental , condescending & negative.Considering the theme of the pod is things that makes you feel good the host attitude is counter intuitive.

McCullough and Molloy are comedy gold!

This show is a fantastic trip down memory lane. It’s a great show to listen to on your work commute. Puts me in a good mood and always brings back a rush of great memories. Meg and Julian are excellent.

These two are so adorable together!! As a listener, I must say that the love Meg and Julian have for each other genuinely comes across in my earbuds. I love hearing them crack each other up! With hilarious guests with eclectic tastes, every episode is a guaranteed trip to Nostalgiatown! I love learning about new topics alongside the hosts, and reminiscing about relatable content!

This podcast is perfect. When I’m listening, I truly I feel like I’m in the room with Megan and Julian; so much I have to keep reminding myself that I don’t actually know then. I love the idea behind this podcast and they have some great guests. However Meg is so mean-girly to Julian it gets uncomfortable at times

Fun. Intelligent. Humorous. Digestible. Meg and Julian make it so easy to cruise through each episode. You'll soon learn they've been cool (like forever) and you'll feel like you are too cuz you can relate. Just don't go comparing your relationship against their chemistry, originality, or panache.

Easily one of the best comedy podcasts out there! A great time!

I wish Julian would learn to be less intrusive when it comes to giving his input. He constantly cuts Meg and guests off when they are speaking, which is unfortunate; other than that, I really do enjoy the podcast.

Lately I find myself white-knuckling it to Wednesday’s when I can get my fix of my pretend bff’s Julian and Meg flirt/bicker/tease each other and their guests, unearth those big feelings of youth under the guise of pop culture obsessions, and remind me that my internal age is 13. The Soft Spot is MY soft spot. ❤️

I find listening to these Meg and Julian to be consistently delightful. It is also a real treat to hear favorite comedians wax rhapsodic on their favorite guilty pleasures.

Just a warm, genuine podcast. Your favorite comedians talking about what hits their nostalgic soft spot. If I had an episode, it would be about cats, Total Recall, and my babysitter’s son letting me watch Alien at 5 years old.

Super cozy and easy to listen to on long drives. The John Mulaney ep about mister rogers was awesome.

Love the premise and enjoy the show. Julian, please stop talking over Meg and your guests. It’s frustrating when you as a question and then immediately answer it yourself.

Took a listen because it was the featured podcast (and Karen Kilgariff was on) and was surprised at how much I enjoyed it! Couldn’t subscribe fast enough. With all the crap that is going on in the world, this is a refreshing place to go to chill, laugh, and reminisce, and reboot.

Meg and Julian, you slay me. I’ve been going through it lately, hard. And the Soft Spot leaves me with the softest feelings. For that I’m so thankful. Where to begin? Childhood Jams episode only confirmed that I love you guys dearly. Every single second made me smile and giggle. My own mini van moments were so similar. Julian describing listening to “Valerie” in the car as a kid in the 80s? Perfect. Meg fangirling over Andrew Lloyd Webber? Everything. Chills, you guys. I started with the Ghostwriter episode and went on from there because we are so cut from the same cloth. A true sweet spot in the podcast world for all the grownup kids out there.

Finally a comedy cast for adults that still have a posterior fontanelle.
