    Could be better
I’ve never listened to podcasts that had multiple breaks for advertising their creations. That’s frustrating along with the fact that they did talk about themselves a bit much and the topic seemed to vary in the one podcast I listened to. A more streamlined and topic focused podcast could improve the way they present the material here.

    Very Engaging !
I found this Podcast very engaging as it discussed a profession I haven't heard of before, with Dr. Jim Loehr. I found it fascinating how Dr. Jim spoke about how his training helps expand the capacity of world class athletes and coorporate athletes to make changes when needed in the future. I really appreciated how the content stressed the importance of training the athletes how to undergo stress without it sacrificing their personal life. I look forward to learning more. Good information
I appreciate Cathy & Relly for their evidence-based approach to leadership topics. It's a good podcast that could be even better if they spent less time talking about themselves and their accomplishments -- and more time on the topics and guests.
